I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for three years now, and I just had to take a moment to compliment the staff. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make every visit enjoyable. I come here every morning, without fail (and yes, that’s over 1,000 visits!), and the level of customer service has never wavered. I want to give a special shoutout to Cheryl—she is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she super friendly, but she also goes out of her way to remember customers’ names and orders. She’s made my mornings so much better, and I’m sure many others would say the same.
This Starbucks is a popular spot for people who like to work, so if that’s your plan, I recommend getting here early to snag a good seat. It can get crowded, especially in the mornings, and occasionally there’s a run club that fills up the space (about once a month). If you want to avoid the crowds and have a quieter place to work, try arriving before 9am.
As for the food, I highly recommend the egg white bites and their bagels. They recently updated the bagel recipe, and it’s super fluffy and delicious. It’s a small change that really makes a...
Read moreIf you are looking for a place to get any work done, read or study…This is not the place for you. There’s only one long table in the whole place. It’s very small. This Starbucks is intended for pedestrian foot traffic walking Market Street as the parking also sucks. If you are in Market Street it’s located near the Hyatt at the end behind Sixty Vines. They do have a bunch of outdoor seating so on a nice day it’s a great place to hang out. I am a daily Starbucks visitor and I don’t find the employees here to be super friendly. They do have tons of employees that work on Sunday mornings, especially during coffee and cars but the wait times are still really long and they all seem very annoyed with any requests. I don’t see this attitude with any of the other Starbucks in The Woodlands. Not sure why. Self-righteous barista attitudes get really...
Read moreI visited this starbucks on Sunday afternoon, not very busy when arrived, ordered two drinks, the girl asked if I needed a copy of the receipt, I said no. Then, the place started to get very busy, one of my drinks came out while the other was taking very long. When I asked the girl about my second drink, she looked at me and with an attitute responded "I don't remember charging you for that drink but I'll make it for you." Since I did not have a copy of the receipt I did not want to have an argument with her but I felt very insulted and embarrassed. She forgot about about my drink and then told me in front of other customers that I did not pay for it! Moral of the story: Always get a copy of your receipt. Very poor...
