This place is not recommended to fix your jewelry I’ve gone twice and bad services. They over charge and the pieces come back not fixes right. I went last week to fix a bracelet and they fix it but when I put it on the next day it broke, so I contact them and went to the store and they were not helpful at all . They told me to take it and when I did the guy was rude and did not have phone to contact his boss. I had to use my phone so he could speak to him and they were speaking their language instead of English , that is not professional. Took my watch in for a new battery, initially happy with service. After wearing normally for 3 weeks, condensation built up in the face of the watch, clearly the back was not put back on correctly. I've had this watch for two years and never had that issue. Went back and the technician was unapologetic, gave scripted responses and took no accountability. After I asked, he offered to try installing a new battery and would only charge $25 instead of normal $50. This would not resolve the condensation issue, I'll take it...
