I came in while still recovering from surgery, and she immediately noticed and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Instead of having me walk around, she had me sit down and brought everything directly to me, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. She also helped me pick out the perfect bracelet to match the one my boyfriend was getting, and her eye for detail made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she even sprayed a fragrance on my bag that she thought I would love—and she was right, I absolutely did! It’s rare to meet someone who blends professionalism with such genuine care. I was not having the greatest day and decided to take my daughter to the mall for earrings and look around. As we entered Inspiration, we met beautiful Laura who was engaging, super friendly and instantly made us feel welcome. I was looking how I was feeling but felt absolutely no judgement there. I absolutely loved the environment! The worker, Donyelle, came over immediately and helped me out. She asked me what I was looking for and if she could be of any assistance.
