Just buy the thing already! I waffled about buying from here until I made the mistake of buying a cheap sofa and loveseat set from a budget furniture store. After 3 months with my cheap reclining set, I decided that I hate them and ended up spending the money on the LoveSac Sactional. I should have gone with my gut and bought the Sactional to begin with.
The layout is perfect for us and the LoveSoft fill is super supportive on the seat and cozy on the back. I bought the color Mediterranea and its vibrant and durable. Initially, I was considering making the purchase from Costco because the price was unbeatable, but the color options lured me into the store. I don't regret paying extra for the color because it adds so much to my mostly neutral colored home.
I won't sugar coat the fact that it's a beast to assemble. My 6 seat/8 side set (plus 2 cupholders) came in 19 boxes. My husband was out of town and it took me 2 days - after work - to assemble everything. One tip: make sure you have your rug in place before you start setting up the pieces. I had to move everything off the rug to move it after all the covers were on. It was exhausting. In the end the Sactional looks amazing.
Now, a note about the LoveSac Store in the Woodlands mall. Lorena was the associate that helped me. She showed me all the configurations with the blocks and had me sit on the different fills. She helped me decide on the size and layout that worked for us. Since we are tall, my husband wanted deep seats on one side and regular on the "guest" side. She was really patient when I told her that I was going to wait to see if there was a sale later in the month. When a flash sale came up for Black Friday, she text me and asked me to come in. Plus, she added the military discount code - an additional 5% discount. I'm very pleased with the whole process.
Lastly, I saw they are selling reversible covers now. Honestly, after the initial assembly I can't imagine a time when I would voluntarily remove and reverse the covers. Its such a pain...
Read moreMy family recently purchased a Lovesac Sactional (retail value close to 9K). While we are pleased with the quality of our purchase, once assembled we had hoped to add just one more seat to best fit our needs. I made this request a little more than a week post when our sactional was delivered. Customer service and accommodation lacking from the Woodlands store (associate Lili). I was told the additional purchase would be separate from our original order, subject to current terms/financing/cost since the request came day 16 following original purchase. Policy is such an addition to an existing order can only be approved 14 days from original purchase (although keep in mind delivery itself may take 7-14 days). Not to mention, she adds they do not honor even the 14 day window around holidays or end of year to minimize workload for staff. After investing heavily in what we consider our forever Sactional, as well as how hard the company sought our business in the process ending in purchase, I would have expected far more from a customer service standpoint. Being asked to pay (as Lili quoted) upwards of $800 and quite possibly closer to $1000 for one additional seat/fabric (should we chose not to await their next âflash saleâ) seems very unreasonable to me. I was not offered to speak with a manager and no other amends offered. Apparently the 60 day satisfaction guarantee only applies to full return/refund, not merely if you would like to make other more subtle adjustments to...
Read moreEasy to buy, manageable to assemble, and dream to own!!!
Buying - entire store team is friendly, helpful, efficient, educated on products, and thorough! And we had couch at our door in 3 days!
Assemble - my 12 year old daughter and I put it all together - 6 hours split between 2 evenings - unpackaged it all then got it to the recycling pile - then put items together - you need to follow videos!! Unpack, sort, cover, lay out, secure feet, latch, decorate and boom! There are some tough spots that require some strength but again my 12 year and I (middle aged, semi fit woman) put it together after a full day. Push thru it, get the covers on straight and lay out BEFoRE attaching anything . And you should be fine!!
Own- only been a week but we have done a rearrangement drill and it was 12 minutes start to finish! Water wipes up, cushions secure, comfortable and beautiful and fits nicely in room!!
We purchased because we were looking for some thing eco-conscious, waterproof for the dogs and resilient for our family and we love the flexibility too!! So why not 5âŠthe price - o have heard others sayâŠ$7000 to spend 8 hours assembling is too much..I do agree -they should have an assembly option and then you can reassemble or move on ownâŠ
Thanks...
