The people that work here are very rude. I asked for a ps1 game and pretty much got made fun of for it. I did not ask for their opinion. They should have kept that to themselves and just did there job. I would not recommend this store and I will not be back. If I could give it negative I would. After the reply, that is not what went on. Y’all were very condescending about my choice in a game and even try to convince me on how it was not a good game. You were asked if you had the game. I did not ask you for your opinion. It was a yes or no question. You can keep your reply to make it sound one way but your narrative of the event is twisted. But do what you have to do in order to keep your business in a good light. Hopefully your day improves and y’all get some better workers.
The fact that you continually want to type on here instead of trying to make it better shows what kind of business you run. The response and attitude that day from I assume you whoever is replying was unwarranted and unneeded. I am not trying to hunt retailers. Read moreDon’t wear a black hoodie in the store. I went into there to make a purchase on a Pokémon Silver game. After hearing many good things bout the game Selection, I taken the long drive. Went inside the store not greeted( no big deal) ask about the Pokémon silver game, the person there told me he’s not opening it out the box(Not I wanted), I asked if I can see it and he hesitantly brought it out and after 3 secs of me looking at it.. his hand was already out. I handed it and he immediately put it back in the case. I asked him “is it for sale, can I buy it?, I’m not gonna steal it”. From there he said of course and apologized. I was upset and he told me The shop has had thefts and people have previous stolen games from there. Then after paying apologized again. I went in the store with the intent to purachse a lot of things for giveaways.

I went over the weekend trying to find a power cord for my GameCube & when I walk to the register to ask there were two guys. Guy with a hat at the register & tall guy was next to him. I asked for a power cord & tall guy went for the original cords but register guy with hat stopped him & made a comment that really upset me. He said, "not those. Those are for us," in front of me. I asked what the difference were & if it would still function the same, & tall guy responded mockingly, "ohh it's for those people who only want original everything. They gave me a generic brand & I've always been skeptical of generics becausse they've messed up my consoles before. don't like conflict because I can be very ugly & will cause a scene & the interaction was getting me heated up.
