This isnāt just the worst restaurant in Tifton, it may be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. That is really sad. I have read articles that say Buffalo Wild Wings is in trouble financially and I take it with a grain of salt because whatās on the internet is not always true. But if itās true, this location is certainly an example of why that might be the case. They simply donāt care. I rarely write a bad review but this will certainly be the worst among hundreds on Trip Advisor and Google. I have given this restaurant 3 tries before finally throwing in the towel. They just donāt care. Here is an extensive overview of their failures but I may not be able to post it because due to its length. But please donāt waste your time here. The first bad experience was the awful food my wife and I got. OK, itās a corporate chain and the food is not always the best ā but itās a wing place and the wings came out horrible. We didnāt complain and chalked it up to a bad batch. A few weeks ago we went back and the food was āOKā but they were out of draft beer and Bud Light bottles were just shy of $4. Do you think they offered us a deal on a ābucketā or some other incentive since they were out of draft (which I prefer to bottles anyway). No, doe eyed, sullen faced teens at the front simply stated āno draft beer, and no deal on bottles.ā Why? Because the chain hires people who canāt make a decision to find a way to satisfy a customer if they run out of something. Kids that maybe donāt drink beer and understand that itās important for customers to have what they expect or came for. OK ā so I idiotically ā against my better judgment gave them another chance today. I parked next to the outdoor seating section and saw that it was half empty and thought āitās a nice day, maybe Iāll sit on the patio. So I went in and was told there was a 25 minute wait?? Again, the young person who (didnāt) greet me nor offered an apology, or said she would do whatever she could to get me seated as soon as possible ā just the dull look of someone that didnāt want to be there ā didnāt care ā and didnāt understand why I was there ā said āweāre on a 25 minute waitā. The patio was half empty, there were empty tables throughout the inside seating area, and they told me I couldnāt even sit at the bar. Why? Because they are understaffed. Why? Because they have bad management, donāt pay well, or simply donāt care. My guess is the latter. Yes I understand the pandemic caused a hiring problem with wait staff. There are other restaurants in Tifton that serve excellent food, have people that have been there consistently through the years, and do a great job overall, pandemic included. When we were sat we were greeted promptly by our server, Sorya, who really was trying very hard and very kind given the circumstances of the night she was working. Our table was sat directly under a vent somewhere because it was FREEZING, with the wind from it blowing so hard the curtains were banging against the window and our napkins were coming off the table. After our server took our order, which we all ordered at the same time, it then took about 15 minutes for food to come out. However, my sons food (4 count boneless wings with fries) was the only food that came out at this time. Okay no worries as we thought all the food would be immediately behind it. Then about another 10 minutes went by and then my husbands wings came out, but just his and no other sight of anyone elseās food. I was told our remaining food would be right out we were just waiting on a wedge salad. Then another 10 minutes went by and my other sons Mac and cheese came out. I was informed once again they were just waiting on my wedge salad and boneless wings. But that everything is sent in for āhot and readyā. Unfortunately hot and ready was not what I received and now my husbands food is now freezing cold waiting for my food to arrive. 15 minutes after everyone else got their food my wings finally arrive to the table delivered by a manager āAshleeā informing me that they were still ājust waiting on that wedge saladā. I was expecting my boneless wings to be extremely hot when I received them because of course that was one of the last things we were waiting for but unfortunately they were very cold. Iām not sure how that happens if it was the last of the food to come out. Finally the wedge salad comes out and let me tell you. The fact that I just waited 30+ minutes for a salad that was literally three pieces of romaine wedges a slice of tomato and a drizzle of dressing with a cold piece of chicken slapped on top of it was almost laughable. I in fact sent it back because thereās no way I was going to eat that after waiting for so long. The manager then came to the table asking if I wanted it wrapped up Togo which I told her no thank you I did not want it after waiting so long for it. After waiting another 15 minutes for the check to arrive She did take my food off my check and apply a discount but unfortunately that is not enough for us. Our entire family had cold food waiting for every one elseās food to arrive one by one by one. We stopped in planning to be there for 30 minutes to an hour but ended up staying for 2-3 hours. They sat us at our table and the waitress was super sweet, she was new, and we understood that she was still learning. We sat for almost an hour without the food and watched employees play on their phones near the kitchen door. Our waitress apologized for the wait multiple timesā¦. When we finally received the food, the sauce was wrong and tasted off, the fries on all plates were stale and cold and had the texture of potato chips. All 4 of us were very unhappy but stayed positive. We asked for the check and decided to leave after watching employees bounce back and forth from the kitchen and bathroom. Many of the employees looked like they were having some type of drama with each other rather than doing their jobs. When we Got to the front counter we waited 20 minutes for anyone. We had asked for our check to be split between us for our double date but received a copy of all 4 of the meals. When we asked for it to be split at the checkout counter, an employee came around and brushed us off.. grabbed something under the counter and rushed away, saying we need a manager. We waited another 30 minutes at checkout, another employee came to the counter to and get someone who had walked in seated, we just wanted to leave and tried asking for help. My brother started walking around the building searching for employees. Someone finally came and printed both tickets correctly, me and my husband checked out with card, My brother had cash and we were forced to wait another 20 minutes for them to break his money in the back because there was no cash in the front. Iāve been to this place multiple times and Iāve never had such terrible food or service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I didnāt see a manager the entire time we had been there, we wanted to be polite but we would have brought up the issues, our plans had been canceled for the night after how long it took us to get in and out.
