Stopped in on my way down to Naples, FL on a Sunday. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich and 2 drinks over the course of my visit. Got the chicken sandwich and was not impressed(photo included of the chicken breast used) so I ask for another one because that’s clearly not what a standard chicken sandwich should look like anywhere that I’ve been, they messsd up..big deal. I didn’t really care I just asked for another. When the person whom I assume was the manager came and brought it out, it wasn’t on another bun which is fine but just showed me the level of customer service they are at. He tried explaining how that’s how the chicken normally is but he had them brush on some extra batter for me…and that the box they had that order was all like that (this one clearly had more chicken on it but was nothjng I would say should be considered a good chicken sandwich if a business has pride in its service. This boils down to the fact that I’m writing this review because the quality of the chicken sucked and the customer service in regard to it sucked. The bartender seemed offended by me asking for another piece of chicken as I have bartended at 3 places in Chicagoland during my years and he didn’t fill my shot glass up and anyone that’s bartended knows that it was done purposefully, again doesn’t matter to me. Just shows the quality of service to expect from here. The servers outside of the manager and bartender were top notch thoughšŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ in the end I left him a 5$ tip on a total of a ~30$ tab. Should’ve left nothing if were being honest but whatever. Be better.

I Called and made a reservation for 6:30 gets to the restaurant before then and was told it was gonna be an hour wait or maybe MORE then was told they don’t really take reservations when I have been to the restaurant before and I was told that we should make reservation ahead of time so so there wouldn’t have to wait since it seems they always have a long wait time I understand it does get busy out of nowhere but when you call way ahead of time to make reservations for your party and they are not acknowledged or the staff is just acting like they are unaware or just simply clueless it just makes the customers feel like they are not valued or that the restaurant/staff just honestly does not care or put the customers first I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PARTYS OF NO SUCH!!! I will probably honestly not come back to this location because of this recurring problem they seem to have… what a shame.

This isn’t just the worst restaurant in Tifton, it may be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. That is really sad. I have read articles that say Buffalo Wild Wings is in trouble financially and I take it with a grain of salt because what’s on the internet is not always true. But if it’s true, this location is certainly an example of why that might be the case. They simply don’t care. I rarely write a bad review but this will certainly be the worst among hundreds on Trip Advisor and Google. I have given this restaurant 3 tries before finally throwing in the towel. They just don’t care. Here is an extensive overview of their failures but I may not be able to post it because due to its length. But please don’t waste your time here. The first bad experience was the awful food my wife and I got. OK, it’s a corporate chain and the food is not always the best – but it’s a wing place and the wings came out horrible. We didn’t complain and chalked it up to a bad batch. A few weeks ago we went back and the food was ā€œOKā€ but they were out of draft beer and Bud Light bottles were just shy of $4. Do you think they offered us a deal on a ā€œbucketā€ or some other incentive since they were out of draft (which I prefer to bottles anyway). No, doe eyed, sullen faced teens at the front simply stated ā€œno draft beer, and no deal on bottles.ā€ Why? Because the chain hires people who can’t make a decision to find a way to satisfy a customer if they run out of something. Kids that maybe don’t drink beer and understand that it’s important for customers to have what they expect or came for. OK – so I idiotically – against my better judgment gave them another chance today. I parked next to the outdoor seating section and saw that it was half empty and thought ā€œit’s a nice day, maybe I’ll sit on the patio. So I went in and was told there was a 25 minute wait?? Again, the young person who (didn’t) greet me nor offered an apology, or said she would do whatever she could to get me seated as soon as possible – just the dull look of someone that didn’t want to be there – didn’t care – and didn’t understand why I was there – said ā€œwe’re on a 25 minute waitā€. The patio was half empty, there were empty tables throughout the inside seating area, and they told me I couldn’t even sit at the bar. Why? Because they are understaffed. Why? Because they have bad management, don’t pay well, or simply don’t care. My guess is the latter. Yes I understand the pandemic caused a hiring problem with wait staff. There are other restaurants in Tifton that serve excellent food, have people that have been there consistently through the years, and do a great job overall, pandemic included. Simple conclusion – Buffalo Wild Wings is in trouble and it’s not hard to figure out why. Do not waste your time at this location unless your expectations are extremely low and you...

My family and I (4 people) ate dinner at this location on July 17,2020. We arrived at about 7 pm and was told it was about 5-10 minutes to wait. No problems. When we were sat we were greeted promptly by our server, Sorya, who really was trying very hard and very kind given the circumstances of the night she was working. Our table was sat directly under a vent somewhere because it was FREEZING, with the wind from it blowing so hard the curtains were banging against the window and our napkins were coming off the table. After our server took our order, which we all ordered at the same time, it then took about 15 minutes for food to come out. However, my sons food (4 count boneless wings with fries) was the only food that came out at this time. Okay no worries as we thought all the food would be immediately behind it. Then about another 10 minutes went by and then my husbands wings came out, but just his and no other sight of anyone else’s food. I was told our remaining food would be right out we were just waiting on a wedge salad. Then another 10 minutes went by and my other sons Mac and cheese came out. I was informed once again they were just waiting on my wedge salad and boneless wings. But that everything is sent in for ā€œhot and readyā€. Unfortunately hot and ready was not what I received and now my husbands food is now freezing cold waiting for my food to arrive. 15 minutes after everyone else got their food my wings finally arrive to the table delivered by a manager ā€œAshleeā€ informing me that they were still ā€œjust waiting on that wedge saladā€. I was expecting my boneless wings to be extremely hot when I received them because of course that was one of the last things we were waiting for but unfortunately they were very cold. I’m not sure how that happens if it was the last of the food to come out. Finally the wedge salad comes out and let me tell you. The fact that I just waited 30+ minutes for a salad that was literally three pieces of romaine wedges a slice of tomato and a drizzle of dressing with a cold piece of chicken slapped on top of it was almost laughable. I in fact sent it back because there’s no way I was going to eat that after waiting for so long. The manager then came to the table asking if I wanted it wrapped up Togo which I told her no thank you I did not want it after waiting so long for it. After waiting another 15 minutes for the check to arrive She did take my food off my check and apply a discount but unfortunately that is not enough for us. Our entire family had cold food waiting for every one else’s food to arrive one by one by one. Unfortunately this is very inefficient when it comes to your guests in the dining room and very much so embarrassing. I’m not quite sure how we still end up paying $50 for a cold dinner that we waiting forever for but I can promise you we will never...

My husband and I decided to go out last night with my brother and his girlfriend… we had a very bad experience. We stopped in planning to be there for 30 minutes to an hour but ended up staying for 2-3 hours. They sat us at our table and the waitress was super sweet, she was new, and we understood that she was still learning. We sat for almost an hour without the food and watched employees play on their phones near the kitchen door. Our waitress apologized for the wait multiple times…. When we finally received the food, the sauce was wrong and tasted off, the fries on all plates were stale and cold and had the texture of potato chips. All 4 of us were very unhappy but stayed positive. We asked for the check and decided to leave after watching employees bounce back and forth from the kitchen and bathroom. Many of the employees looked like they were having some type of drama with each other rather than doing their jobs. When we Got to the front counter we waited 20 minutes for anyone. We had asked for our check to be split between us for our double date but received a copy of all 4 of the meals. When we asked for it to be split at the checkout counter, an employee came around and brushed us off.. grabbed something under the counter and rushed away, saying we need a manager. We waited another 30 minutes at checkout, another employee came to the counter to and get someone who had walked in seated, we just wanted to leave and tried asking for help. My brother started walking around the building searching for employees. Someone finally came and printed both tickets correctly, me and my husband checked out with card, My brother had cash and we were forced to wait another 20 minutes for them to break his money in the back because there was no cash in the front. I’ve been to this place multiple times and I’ve never had such terrible food or service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t see a manager the entire time we had been there, we wanted to be polite but we would have brought up the issues, our plans had been canceled for the night after how long it took us to get in and out.
