Dolores M, we can’t thank you enough for your help and phenomenal customer service. We had a very odd situation where we bought a bag from the Vegas Outlets but it was an exclusive item so not a reduced item… we had it 2 days and we had issues. My wife went to the store in Del Amo in hope knowing we were visiting from the UK, we hadn’t kept boxes and receipts due to the amount of luggage we had. We asked for help with this and advise, we got the luck of having Dolores helping us. She truly is a great asset to Coach. She listened to our concern, took the time to search for our receipt on the systems and somehow found it! After about an hour of trying, not only looking but offering other solutions but so determined to find it and she did! This was proof we bought the bag and when. She took the time to explain it to her manager via note, as she was finishing for the day and wouldn’t be in when we had to leave the mall and go get the bag from our apartment. We got the bag and came back, the manager knew all the details and was super helpful too. We decided to pay a little more and get another bag as the one we had wasn’t in stock. This experience went from stressful and sad to unbelievable joy! This outcome wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Dolores. We would have flown back to the UK with a damaged bag if not for her detective skills! We had the joke that she should be a detective in the LAPD but coach are so lucky to have someone like her! Please pass on our message to Dolores and let her know that we are very thankful! We have been home for 3/4 weeks now and often tell the story to people. We were really first time coach shoppers but now have purchased a fair few items! Thank you all again! Also so kind to entertain our kids while shopping with complementary water and so on! December 29, 2020 - Posted store hours say they open at 11am. Been waiting for them to open since 10:55am. There is also a delivery person who is waiting for them to open so they can make the delivery. A gentleman got in line behind me and we got to chatting because we were boggled by the posted hours - turns out he was on his lunch break and trying to get the Coach belt he purchased for his son shortened. Shortly thereafter, another delivery person showed up to make a delivery as well - no Coach employees to be seen. Update: About 15 minutes after posting my review, a Coach Sales Associate walks up and says, 'due to unforseen circumstances, today we are curbside service only.' I asked the SA what time they open tomorrow, and the response was, "11am, but i would call first to confirm".

All that aside, the SA i enjoyed working with when i visited on December 18th is Sandra. Thank you Sandra for your help with my visit...

First time coming here and I'm so glad I was able to leave with something beautiful. I browsed the website before setting foot here, but of course everything looks different when seeing them in person. The sweet lady who helped us was Joanne and she was excellent. Very exceptional customer service and she was honest and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy and she answered all my concerns with elegance. I requested for a good sized bag that would fit all my stuff (keys, wallet, small makeup baggie, sanitary pads, and my phone) without it looking funny on my short frame, and she executed that perfectly. I ended up leaving with the Dakota Bucket Bag 16 and leather conditioner to maintain it. I look forward to more trips here and hopefully have her...
