Never ordering sneakers to b sent to the store, never got it & they cant refund or help me. I was advised to just call customer care. Wasted my time here after receiving the pick up is ready email. the two girls who looked in the back didnt find it so i wasted an hour calling customer care who called back roosevelt field mall champs who now found it and want me to drive back for it. The girl lied to me and said the didnt receive a shipment meanwhile the customer care rep said someone signed off for it who was employed with champs. Worst service ever!!! Do NOT order nothing to the store because they dont care and they will tell you just call customer care.

They have been a staple in the mall for years and unfortunately when it comes to the more popular sneakers they cannot compete with the Foot Locker and Footaction in this mall. I give them credit for trying and when I do shop there I have always had a pleasant experience but like I said out of the 3 stores in this mall they do come in 3rd place.
