Sold me the display shoe after I specifically asked for a brand new pair. The manager did try to resolve it by suggesting an exchange but with my time constraint it just wasn’t feasible. The two stars are for her efforts but their policy and selling me the display shoe at full price and not knowing if they could give me a price adjustment after I called to complain about is bad business so buyer beware. I waived checking them at the register because I trusted the manager’s representation but you’re better off buying his stuff at a department store if they even carry his shoes because of the latitude of customer service there. My experience here was terrible I was looking for a tote bag last week as a gift and a girl approached me asking me if I needed help and I told her I was looking for a tote bag for a friend and she proceeded to show me the leather and that’s when I told her I had a budget.
