I walked into White House Black Market in Roosevelt Field Mall feeling hopeless. I needed a dress for my daughters casual sweet 16 party. I struck out at a big department store that was full of dresses. It lacked everything I needed right down to customer service. When I walked into White House Balck Market, I was greeted right away. I still wasn't sure what to pick out until a lovely employee named Briana asked if I needed help. She listened to my request and asked me questions to help understand what I needed. She began pulling dresses and even gave me heels from the store to put on to help finish the look. She was very attentive and made the experience wonderful. I had the best experience here at White House black market at Roosevelt field mall. I walked in and immeditaly was greeted and helped and asked what was I looking for. After, they assembled a whole entire fitting room for me to try on multiple pieces of clothes as-well; as consistently asking if I needed another size or more options. I went in on May 17th and there names were Deena and another women with the name "D" I can't recall but they were such amazing women and they really made me feel confident and happy with my purchase. Well, here is my second and definitely last experience at this particular location. I had to make a return and this location was the closest one to my home. As I am making the return, the lady who assisted me was extremely impolite, made me feel so guilty of actually returning the merchandise.
