Identity Resort Wear — Local services in Traverse City

I love this place! We came 2 years ago and thought it was so cool you can make your own shirt to remember your trip to Traverse City! We came back again and the shirt I picked was missing the back design (every shirt on the rack was the same. For some reason mine was missing. My mom got the same shirt!) I figured it was an accident and it's NO returns. Which is fine, I figured they could fix it or exchange it for the correctly printed one! I went in the the guy (didn't get his name) was so nice and understanding and literally added the correct print no problem! I appreciate him making that right for me!! That is great customer service!

Also the sweetest girl, Gunny (I think that was her name) was amazing. She seen I couldn't pick a color and laid the print on the each shirt for my 12 month old to see if I could pick one. It was SO helpful! They even had a discount/deal going about buying multiple shirts and noticed my whole family came in (even though we were placing separate orders). She told us about it and that was so kind of her! I loved her help. It was kind and we appreciated it all!

Needless to say we love this place! We will probably come here every trip to...

We visited Identity Resort Wear this summer during our Michigan vacation. The staff at the store at the time was wonderful in helping my young son create a sweatshirt. He was so excited when he was told that he was the first to purchase a new owl decal and even more excited by the "one-of-a-kind" design that included the small version of the image on the hood of the sweatshirt. When we returned home and washed the sweatshirt, we were disappointed that the image on the back had a small tear in it and was bubbling up and no longer secure in all spots. I contacted the store by phone to see what could be done. I shipped the sweatshirt back and the owner, Ronen, was able to fix it. He went above and beyond to keep in regular communication with me when he had received the sweatshirt and sent it back. He also surprised my son by including an awesome shark's tooth necklace in the package as well along with a note. We have now washed it a few times and the image is still looking great! We appreciate the customer service provided by Ronen...

Purchased a hoodie had a few decals added..cost over 30.00 + dollars..it was too small for the person i bought it for...had receipt and asked for store credit or refund..refused on both...they said, "what you want me to do with this"..we can't sell it..is that all that matters in this world..how about customer service...store credit would of been ok...so they would rather get a bad review then satisfy a customer who already spent money...i will never step foot in Identity..i will tell my family and friends about Identity not wanting to help a customer out and my family and friends will tell their family and friends..and so on..plus everyone who reads this..i hope you would change your mind about...
