1 West Broadway — Local services in Tucson

This is my reflection of One West as a building, I will also speak about the management and amenities.

I moved in last summer after relocating from a big city and wanted to live in a good place in Tucson. I was concerned that I won’t be comfortable in an apartment but after looking for a good apartment I found One West.

The building: The building is absolutely one of the safest buildings I have lived in. Not once I have witnessed anything that made me concerned for my pup’s or my safety. Also the building has a good security system. I loved my apartment and the little yard I have in the back. It was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed interacting with my neighbours as they were respectful and friendly and they respected the noise ordinance so had no issues with anyone.

The building has a nice rooftop that offers gorgeous views of beautiful Tucson. I used it almost everyday to drink my espresso and watch the colourful Tucson sunrise. My pup loved going there too! It doesn’t get crowded.

The building has its own garage which was lovely and made it easy to park.

The office is located in another building but accessible 24/7 and has nice meeting area that I used often, and I also enjoyed using the lobby just to people watch. It was lovely.

The location: the building is located in the heart of downtown Tucson. Public transportation is available just outside the building. It goes to the Uni and other places near by. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

The management team: Crystal is an amazing person. She’s kind and patient. She cares a lot about her tenants and always trying to make things better. She’s fair and wants things to go smooth.

Front desk team were all great. Camron, Rachel, and Aerial were wonderful and professionals. They were always willing to help. Couldn’t be more grateful for them helping me with my pup or other stuff when I needed to get things done.

The maintenance was never an issue in my unit. I have submitted orders a couple of times that Alvaro and Eric were always on top of it. They are professionals and do their best to make things right.

This building is a wonderful place for anyone wants to enjoy Tucson and live in a truly beautiful building and amongst good community. I highly recommend it to all professionals and those who want to enjoy Tucaon. I would love to live there again.

One West is an amazing place to live in downtown Tucson. It's just a few minutes walk from everything in downtown Tucson including 4th Ave. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The Kitchen has new stainless appliances and large open marble counters. The staff at One West are so friendly and helpful and respond to questions or issues very quickly, I have never waited over a day to hear back from them. They allows dogs and have a great rooftop to take them too with a great view of the surrounding area and a pet relief area. I have loved living here and would recommend One West Apartments to anyone looking to live in...

Living at 1 West Broadway has been an excellent experience. The team here is the most professional, attentive, and dedicated I’ve encountered. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel taken care of and supported. Any request is handled quickly and with great attention to detail.
