MANAGEMENT LIES, HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO DEAL WITH THEM
They say in the respond they would talk to my lawyers. Is a lie. 2 letters and no reply.
If you want to have your sleep interrupted by loud drunks in the middle of the night, 2am to 4am approximately. If you want to have a management that doesn't own their mistakes and wont cancel your contract even do the place is inhabitable. Talks about camera's that are never installed. You want to babysit drunks and have the police in your weekly calls. Trash is always overflowing in the weekend and you can find drug paraphernalia in the floor often. This is the place for you.
Also if you want things to be stolen from your car, your car vandalized or never finding parking. I saw a drunk in the middle of the night in front of my door because management makes you responsible to report the problems they have for renting to party drunks. I felt unsafe. The drunk person kicked my neighbors plant and threaten her. The police had to come and management never spoke to her. The party guy that threaten her is still living in the complex. He told her she didn't know who she was talking too, that he worked for a big corporation and would make her pay. No follow up by management.
The location is amazing but not enough for all the trouble and sleepless nights you will have. I am a heavy sleeper and had to start drinking sleeping pills to live here.
The pool area doesn't have any rules, so parties happen after hours and you might lose a day at work because your were not able to sleep from Thursday to Saturday. Is like living in a frat house with no accountability and very inconsiderate adults. No rules followed and zero accountability.
A hefty rent in a place that you can have pictures nailed to the wall falling by the thumping of your upstairs neighbors. Balls and jump ropes banged in your roof that feel like a California earthquake without any consideration.
Never got a response to my claims and had to hire a lawyer who also couldn't get them to own about their bad management ways.

Read moreI have lived here 12 months and was surprised to find out my lease was 3 days shy of 13 months. I will loose my deposit. My car has been vandalized 3 times while living here resulting in over 1300 in damages, no cameras have been installed despite management giving lip service about installation for over 6 months and lip service about parking lot safety lights for over 8 months. The police are here frequently for drunks, some of the full grown adults that live here are so drunk and loud good luck getting uninterrupted sleep living here. My car and 6 other tenants cars were towed from our private spots by the company management hired. Management apologized, fired the company, and gave up the impound fee (200) off our rent but nothing for out lost wages and uber fees or damages to our cars by their tow company that illegally towed. The pool is not heated as advertised at all ever. Ryan the building manger is friendly. The cleaning crew is great at cleaning m-thusday. They have gotten better about repairs but my initial repair requests for a changed out screen took 2 months. I was harassed by management for months about my choice in curtains- it was odd- how can a rental tell me what kind of curtains I put up on windows inside or my door. I expect way more for...

Been a resident for five years. Loved being close to downtown but I can’t deal with the issues anymore.
The pool is nice but it’s covered in wasps they “can’t find” to exterminate.
The reserved parking is nice but the cameras can’t see anything, so no footage when your vehicle gets vandalized.
The courtyard is nice when the doors are working. (See photo)
The on site laundry is convenient until you have an issue and have to call a third party.
The online payment app is helpful, until you see the $10 “convenience” fee.
The property seems quiet and beautiful, but the landscaping service shows up at 8am and uses a leaf blower to clean the small courtyard. Every morning.
Short term renters tend to be happy, since they usually leave before they realize management has no intent on fixing...
