7-Eleven — Local services in Tukwila

11/15/2023 we had finally received our EBT food Benefits they were greatly needed the fridge is looking bare this morning.. not to mention thanksgiving is a few days away.

We started this morning like Any other we got up got ready for work and left to retrieve our much needed coffees. We stop at 711 every morning this one or on just down the street. This morning was normal like any other we made our purchase and left the coffee was delicious as usual. We then proceeded to work for the next 8hrs after work we went home and picked our to boys 8 and 9 we wanted them to be able to pick out there snacks for school we spent an hr shopping it was 7pm by the time we checked out mom and I are beat! Understandably. My wife swiped our EBT card and it denied it this was obviously a mistake since it was just loaded 10 hrs prior. My wife swiped it again and nothing she then quietly check our EBT app I could tell by her face and the silent tears something was definitely wrong she then showed me that there had been 2 charges made one for 699.99 the other 275.50 Right after one another and only 6 minutes after we had left 711. All of the food money we rely on gone in a second..

If your read a few of the reviews to this 711 you will notice this has happened before and it's suspected that it's an employee doing it I went in to this store the morning after to check the debit card terminal for a fake terminal the clerk proceeded to get extremely defensive and said he wasn't a thief now I never said you were a thief it was just odd and his reaction was off he said it was my fault it is my responsibility and never once in anyway did he offer to help figure anything out. It's just odd the way he reacted it would led me to think that he potentially knows. But that's just my opinion and it's not going to ever go anywhere clearly reading the previous reviews so here I rant and hopefully WARN people check the terminal be careful protect your EBT and just plain DO NOT USE THIS 711.

Maybe this person needed it more then we did to feed his own.. We will be happy just being together food or not money or not we are together.

I literally feel attacked everytime I come to this location....all the questions at the counter, all the demands made for me before I can complete my purchase...No, I'm not donating anything because for one, there's a private owner and I highly doubt he would overcharge on mediocre items just to feed the poor, steps away from the door might I add, amd for two, if the actual owner of the actual chain is taking up these donations, why not just pay into the charity themselves since it affords a hefty tax write off at the end of the year....I ask the cashier could she please quit asking me if I have a 7-Eleven number, amd could she quit begging for my change at the end of every purchase, and she says it's policy to ask, but you see me at least 3 times a day so who's policy is this exactly, and why am I subjected to these policies when I'm the...

Went to purchase one of their 7-11 take-home pepperoni pizzas from the 'fresh' cold case at the front of the store and all of the food -- pizzas, sandwiches, fruit, etc. -- were all room temperature and the case was blowing warm air instead of chilling the products. I informed the one cashier/clerk running the store and I don't know if it was a language barrier in play, but he didn't seem to care that they were offering increasingly spoiling food.

If you're in to food poisoning then this is the location for you, but for the rest of us I'd recommend that you go elsewhere until they get that sorted out.

On the plus side, there wasn't an aggressive homeless person harassing shoppers outside of the the front door at the time that I visited, where 80% of the time there is, so I guess that goes in to the...
