Whenever I order the quesarito it’s somehow always wrong, either the wrong meat was used, or the sour cream is all at the bottom, or they just give me something that I didn’t order. Today really took the cake though, after ordering my regular chicken quesarito and adding extra sour cream, I waited for five minutes in the drive through after I paid. When I finally got my food, they didn’t even say what they were giving me, just “here’s your one item” which should have been a red flag. On my drive back to work I open the bag to see it’s in a paper wrapper, usually it’s in a foil one, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were out of foil. When I open it up though it’s the smallest burrito I’ve seen, even smaller than their cheesy roll ups, and it doesn’t have the extra tortilla with the cheese in between, which is what makes it the QUESArito (quesadilla, burrito, boom quesarito). When I open the burrito up I see that, once again, all the sour cream is at the bottom and that there’s barely any chicken, but PLENTY of rice. It almost felt like I paid extra for the rice and not the sour cream. I didn’t have time to turn around and have them fix it as my lunch break was almost over, so I ate it anyways and it was barely even warm. I ordered at the drive thru and when I got to the window to pay and ask the employee to change my order to a chalupa box since I already order a chalupa and taco and a drink thought it would be better if I changed the order to a box. The person in charge at 1pm 2/12/24 with a very rude attitude tells me that they can not change my order at the window and that the order already been made. I asked very politely if they can just add the other two things that were missing to complete the box and repeated again that they cannot change the order and that I am holding up the line at the drive thru. They said either pay for the food I ordered before I got to the window or order again inside the restaurant. When I went inside to ask who is in charge of this establishment one of the employees said they are not allow to give out their names. I asked for the store manager name and district manager name. Apparently this franchise does not even have a district manager. And when I ask about the manager schedule the employee said they have no idea when Karina the store manager comes to the store and that she comes as she pleases to the store. The person taking my order was rude and short with me, I asked for an item that was a NEW item and he told me they don’t have it anymore. So I was confused and pulling up to the window I told him the menu board said it was new so then he snaps at me and says “Yeah But we sold out of it!” So I just said oh.
