I ordered a Neon Yellow/Green pullover quarter zip that I found on Google, originally through NAIA Apparel then directed to Fine Designs. I was then contacted via email by customer service about 7-8 days later since they wanted to verify the order. After 2-3 more days, I emailed the Customer Service lady to see if they could ship it, nothing. Fast forward 4 MORE days to today, Monday, and I'm now being told the pullover isn't even available, even though it was online and I was able to place the order. Then I decided to ask if II needed to wait for it to be in stock or if there was an alternative pullover I could purchase and she said there was nothing we could do and asked me to give my card info to get refunded. We are VERY happy with our experience with Fine Design and especially Andrey P. We ordered pretty much everything they had to offer including t-shirts, hoodies and hats and are very happy with the final product. Andrey made the process very easy and was in constant communication with our manager helping select which shade of purple we want and even had suggestions on where to better place the logo's. He made the selection process stress free and fun, we were all so excited when we left the office!
