⚡⚡ I had an amazing experience at the newly renovated shop! The decor is modern and spacious, and the entire staff has changed – they're all incredibly friendly and helpful. 😊 The rolled ice cream and dragon breath were both absolutely fantastic! The rolled ice cream is fresh, creamy, and delicious, and the dragon breath is still such a fun and unique experience. With all these updates, this shop has definitely become one of my favorite stops in the mall. Highly recommend it for both the amazing treats and excellent service!

Definitely spend your money elsewhere. This wasn't awful but I wish we had gone to any other spot and it would likely have been better. You'd get a much better price and quality at any chain. And for sure better service. For an experiential type of dessert thing, you'd expect the employee to explain and interact with you at least somewhat. And not just stand there on their phone the whole time.

Family outing to the Southcenter area, decided to try Dragons Breath Rolled Ice Cream, I had the Banella, my Partner got the Wake Up, our son got a mix of chocolate and vanilla, the ice cream was delicious, I am lactose intolerant and it didn’t upset my stomach. The flavor was balanced, not overwhelmingly sweet like most other commercial brands. This was AWESOME. The liquid nitrogen cereal puffs were EPIC, you get to breathe out and see your breath. Crunch the puffs and boom Ice Dragon breath weapon “cone of cold”!!! Such a great experience, we will be back.

To the people reading yelp reviews, CO2 will not stay in liquid form long enough to be able to be poured like with liquid nitrogen, and liquid CO2 interacting with cereal puffs and moist flesh like the tongue would most likely give a cold burn due to the rapid boiling process of the CO2, unlike with liquid nitrogen which turns back into...

Went to try the famous Dragons Breath. Took awhile to find the place inside the mall. Did not see any Directory anywhere. Finally found it and our family was third in line. Took FOREVER to get to the counter. The little show the dude put on (pouring in your hand or on floor) was entertaining. So how was dragon breath? Flavor isn't great. Imagine large, ice cold Crunch Berries with less flavor. The breath effect is cool a few times but gets old. The cup is HUGE so by the end I just wanted to get it over with. I'd go 2...
