Julian visited my home and walked though the options to install routed ethernet throughout my 3-level townhome. This included going up in the ceiling crawlspace to confirm wiring. I was then sent a line item quote for each of the requirements I had specified.

The techs arrived at scheduled time, and worked through many technical issues with configuration of wet-walls and structural beams in my unit in order to complete the rough install. With the installation proving to be more challenging, I agreed with Julian to finish installation one week later. Faced with even more challenges during final installation, 2 more technicians were sent to complete exterior routing of wiring for my lower levels. AS TTG WORKS TO A LINE ITEM QUOTE, THERE WAS NO INCREASE FOR THE ADDITIONAL LABOR.

I am very happy with my ethernet network, the installation of two flat-screen TVs, and the set-up of my home theater system including 4 in-wall wired surround speakers. Was looking for a couple ethernet drops to be added in my home. At first Julian was rather responsive, and eventually we had Ryan scheduled to come out and see what could be done. At that visit, instead of doing any work at all, Ryan took a ton of pictures, charged me $148 on the spot, and said they'd get back to me with clear options. I waited days; nothing. I waited a week; nothing. I called Julian, didn't get through, left a message. Emailed Julian. He eventually called me, not understanding the situation; clearly there was some miscommunication between him and Ryan. They took a few more days to confer, and then Julian emailed me a quote of $800+ for two fairly standard wiring drops, with no clear reasoning on the price, and a lot of hand-waving. I expressed disappointment, and Julian seemed confused about why. I chose not to work with them after this experience. I'd recommend others...

This is my fourth time having a TV professionally mounted, but the first time I've been happy with the job. Peter and Elijah did everything to the best degree.

My room has a hard-to-center layout, so they spent extra time to put tape on the wall and help me visualize how my TV will be mounted. They were happy to adjust accordingly.

They did some test probes to avoid making unnecessary holes in the wall, and make sure they were drilling into the strongest point in the stud.

And they tidied up after the work. They velcroed my power cables so it looked neat. They even brought a little cordless work vacuum!

Then they stuck around while I tested my TV and sound bar to make sure I was happy with the job.
