Will never go back! Second and last time in. First time 3 weeks ago to have blueprints enlarged. I was 3rd in line at copy/business center with one person working the area. After helping one lady she stopped to chat with a coworker for a while that passed by, then emptied the wast basket, etc, ignoring the lady in front of me. After 10 minutes with still two people in front of me not helped, I left. This morning I came in to purchase a set of permanent markers. Store was empty. I went to the section of marker and was looking at different products when a sales person came by and grabbed six boxes of markers where I was standing. It was a blatant ruse to see if I was stealing markers or sundries. Really!!! Then at the checkout the register wouldn't work so had to go to next register which charged me twice for the markers which she didn't catch, until I pointed it out, then took more time to try and take the item off, Then the debit card reader wouldn't work, so thankfully I had cash which took longer since she had to redo the transaction. So to buy one pack of markers it took almost 15 minutes at the register(s). How is place still open???? I will make the extra drive to Staples in Renton where plenty of help at business center and...

I'm literally STILL waiting on hold as I type this, for the second time...I was put on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for someone in the print area to pick up. I have a SIMPLE question as to if they print a type of form or not. And now I'm still on hold for 10 minutes & counting waiting to talk to the Manager. I'm trying to run a business here & don't have time to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to get a simple question answered. For this reason, I'm writing this review & will make sure to only shop at the Covington location from now on. Let's be real, this is Office Depot, you're not swamped with 100 customers. Your employee's are either lazy or just simply don't care to offer good customer service. I've never had this ridiculous situation happen when calling the Auburn or Covington stores. I had to hang up & call back for the 3rd time, finally a nice gentlemen answered & he walked over himself to ask the print guy my question, whom finally answered the phone & then couldn't even answer my question & said another print guy would by in at noon & might be able to help..................This is insane to me. Read moreEmployees are usually nice and they are helpful. It is large store. However my experience the other day is not great. The employee in the copy center makes it super inconvenient to print things out. She wanted me email with my phone but their WiFi is horrible and her logic is that is not for public since all their computers are on that system. But the password is not protected for their WiFi. Then she wanted me to use Starbucks WiFi which is horrible too inside the Office Depot. But that is strange for a business as large as Office Depot to ask customer to use another business WiFi for their service. I used to be able to send from their computer but the employee said it is inconvenient for her because she has to log in to the computer when people come to buy stamps but there was no one else in line. Things that used to take me a few minutes now takes a long time and I have to step outside to send emails so they can print. This is extremely inefficient and super inconvenient for customers and would not recommend them anymore. Too slow and poor policy as well as...
