Nothing polite say about, better training... There something fundamentally wrong with Tulsa City offices. Most recent efforts to file restraining order was meet with incompetent employee. Explained the homeless guy was in jail. name unknown. Most of the restraining order was prepared so minimum clerk assistant was needed. Every time an onyx person attempt to do legal or finical issue some tergiversator refuses to do their job. Or acts like they are the judge attorney. Almost like they’re protecting the perpetrator. The clerk job is to file the complaint and review to form or provide the form. At this point why would i waste more time efforts to file a complaint. With these kinds of delays and lack of a complete online court system see why a lager building may be required. Hats off to the Tulsa police and the online complaint software. Yes could be better human interface. Best to prepare you narrative by another software like pages, then copy paste to your report. 30 minute time limit...

This morning, 9/7/22, I was on a search for a court order from 1943; I had limited information. However, a lady in the civil division took my info, told me it could be couple of days before she would contact me. Within 30 minutes, she returned my call; found the case number then transferred me to the Imaging Department where I again explained my problem. Well pleased with the three employees I spoke with this morning; I can expect a copy of the court order via USPS mail within the next few days. All three women were courteous, had a sense of humor as I explained my problem.
