SRV is the best shop in Twin Falls, if not the whole state. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vape supplies, and the staff is always knowledgeable and super helpful. I can only speak to my own experiences, but I would be extremely shocked if anyone there was disrespectful in any way towards someone who's served this country in the military. As a veteran myself, I've only ever had them thank me for my service, and while its true they don't give a specific military discount, they have a loyalty program that give everyone ten percent back on their purchases, and a lot of other shops don't do that...

Awful customer service. Wouldn't give us a refund/exchange for a defective mod box, even with our warranty. We were within our 14 day return limit and they still refused, only offering 20% off on a new one. When we asked to try out some of their flavors, they acted like we were intruding on their hangout time. They kept trying to go to the back to vape and were annoyed when we would stop them to ask questions about certain items. If you don't want customers, just say so. We'll gladly go somewhere where our business is appreciated and a warranty actually...

My husband and I used to go here all the time...but when my son and his friend (who have both joined the military) went in, they asked if they gave a military discount...and the guys in there mocked them and said "oh sorry we just ran out on the marine and the captain that were just here"....seriously?? They could have just said no..no need to be Jenks about it. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! and I will make sure that everyone I know doesn't either! The VAPE shop down the road will be glad to have their business...AND the do give a...
