Very Poor Customer Service. I went to Prada Store today At Mclean Tyons II. I went this afternoon, to asked for the box of my bag That i purchased on this store 2 yrs ago. They said they donât have a box and they only have 1 box. The other lady named Vilma Estrada came and said they only have 1 size of box. I told them what kind of bag I bought they didât ask for my account so they can pull out my account and find out which specific bag I bought from them. She told me that If it will not fit it they will not give me another box. Sheâs very unprofessional. Very poor service. Thats why not a lot of people buy from this store. Because service are great from LV and gucci. She thought that Im just asking for box for nothing. She even told me that I couldnât exchange it or return the BOX if its not in good condition?! Hahha for box seriously? I went to Gucci before i have the bag fix and they give me new box and paper bag! These people or staff from this store is so uneducated and unprofessional.    Read moreDuring the actual shopping experience the staff was friendly and helpful. 3 stars because I came back to to return one item and they would not accept it. Still brand new with tags on it, but a few days past the 14 day return window. I live an hour away from the store. I understand policy, but other stores Iâve shopped with at Tysons- Burberry, Gucci, Saks, NM, etc. have given far better customer service (particularly Burberry) and bent âpolicyâ because they understand the value of a long term customer. Naturally, I was disappointed as they wouldnât even offer store credit; I would have happily exchanged the item for something else. I shop at Tysons regularly; and while this was my first experience at the Prada store, it will be my last. Itâs a shame they chose to hold firm on a t-shirt return a few days past the window and forgo all future business. Iâll stick to my regular brands/retailers that treat me like a valued customer.    Read moreIâm not sure why this location is still open , Iâve never experienced a nonchalant manager the way I did yesterday, to have a client come in the store and request to purchase an item and be told no because youâre holding for a client which didnât come to pick it up on a Sunday saying itâs such a big deal because u have to ship the hat when u have someone in the store ready to purchase the item to wear out the store and was willing to purchase other items , didnât make sense to me , but to talk to him as if heâs uneducated to know that if youâre doing a charge send that it could have been done at any location if the hat was going to be shipped which wasnât even paid for and wouldnât have been sent until the next day due to it being the weekend was crazy to me âŚ..
