The employees are amazing at this locations but the store manager not so much. A employee gave me a heads up she would need to call him to return my item (A Nike basketball jersey) due to the cost of the item but she also told me he does not have a great track record with female costumes. This came to be true, when the manager realized he would be dealing with me and not my fiance his entire attitude changed. He started by telling me he would not process my refund followed by telling me why I was in the wrong. When I tried to speak to him he interrupted me and told me he would not be hearing anything from me. I told him I work in management as well and understand sometimes the costumer is not always great to deal with followed by him telling me the multi Billion dollar company I work for called Hershey did not count as a company. My fiance asked him to adjust his attitude to which he called us a** holes and said we were not welcome in the store. I told him his customer service was very poor to which he said I was not paying him I was not his customer so he didn't have to be nice to me or give me any respect. I requested he finish the transaction so we could leave and he processed to pick up my product and hand it to me telling me again he would not preform the transaction. On my way out of the store I apologized to the employee who had called him (Who was crying) and thanked her for all of her help then her manager told me he would be calling the police on me. I asked if it was illegal to thank an employee to which he responded I was harassing his employee and him. I have never been so upset leaving a retail place in my life. This man was sexist, rude, disrespectful and had not customer relational skills at all. Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery rude manager at store 1110 - King of Prussia. His name is Todd. I gave my tennis racquet to be strung on 04/15 and they said it would be ready on 04/22. I even stopped by on 04/20 to check if it was ready by any chance . No sir it was not. I waited for a call all day on 04/22. I go to the store and wait for 15 minutes for someone to assist me at the repair counter. I had to go searching and asked for the manager. I told him that I was surprised that it's been 7 days and it's still not ready, for which he responded "I get 20 racquets a week - I can't hire extra people to string racquets " . Wow - he was not doing charity I was paying $12 for the labor and it should not talks long. I ask him why no one gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the racquet was not ready and I would have saved a trip. He does not respond and walks into the room. He comes back with the tennis racquet with broken strings and says it's not ready . I was looking like I can see that and its terribly disappointing. He kinda gives me a wry disgusted look and tells me that only thing he could do is to string it tomorrow. I told him I was flying to San Francisco for a week and he rudely responds that he can't do an emergency stringing of my racquet just because I was flying out. Wow! My son and I first went to the plymouth meeting location to grab him some football cleats since it's his first year playing! I asked the guy in the shoe section to help. Explained what we needed. He didn't seem like he wanted to help what so ever. He actually seemed pretty miserable. Also, this location did not have anything in my sons size, so he couldn't even really try anything on even if we needed to order online.
Let's move on over to the king of prussia location, AMAZING customer service in the shoe department from Shamus and Titio! Those 2 boys deserve a freaking raise! They were so kind and helpful, and being the single mom that I am, they helped and answered and suggested everything that I needed to know to be able to get my son the perfect pair of football cleats. We left this location with shoes in hand!
