DIOR King of Prussia — Local services in Upper Merion Township

My family went into Dior today for the first time because we’ve been interested in the fragrances and haven’t had a chance to check it out in person however today’s experience was a turn off. When we first walked in we were greeted by a young lady that was very nice and helpful and escorted me to the fragrances. After sampling the fragrances and checking out the products my family decided not to purchase anything and was heading out the door and my sister said “thank you” to this tall, Caucasian male with dark hair that was standing by the door, which he proceeded to ignore her. I saw that and said it to him again to see if it was because he truly didn’t hear her the first time but when I thanked this person again, he purposely avoided my gaze and just stared into the open and completely ignored me as well. This employee was being judgy towards my family due to us not purchasing anything. That is not a good look for the brand and I will not be coming back to this store. I had visited the Dior store at King of Prussia to return a handbag that unfortunately had a manufacturer defect. I had called ahead and spoke with Bella who was wonderful and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, especially after I had a very unhelpful experience at another store in NYC.

Bella and the team inspected the bag thoroughly, acknowledged defect and reassured me that Dior stands by the quality of its products. The return process was seamless and a smooth experience.

Love this Dior store because of the people that work there. Ask for Don. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Dior brand and made my time in the store fun. He listened to my needs and recommended the right items. The other individuals that I spoke with were also super friendly and welcoming. The assistant store manager was also wonderful to work with. The store is bright, welcoming and has a good variety of merchandise. Because of my experiences, I will continue to come back and purchase from this store...
