Aviator Nation — Local services in Vail

The Vail Aviator Nation is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from AN. I work in customer service so I know it’s not always easy, but they weren’t even doing their jobs. The staff were on their phones the entire time and we overheard them talking bad about another coworker, yikes. They also told us 4 days ago to come back the next day for new product, but when we came back today “they were too busy all week to do shipment” (aka never opened any of their boxes). There was no one in the store every time we went in - which was a few times to keep checking. It’s a slow week in Vail. They continued to sit on their phones and gossip as we helped ourselves to the dressing rooms and received all of our own sizes when we needed something else. Good luck managing this staff. I have owned and loved all of my Aviator Nation products until recently. I sent in a $850 winter jacket for repair on December 10th, 2021- after that I received no updates or responses. I called and someone in customer service told me I would receive it back in 7-10 business days- that was December 17th. Now, it’s February 19! I have called and emailed everyday last week and this and received no response. I even had my partner email and he has received two generic responses telling him the order is being processed and “cheers”. I waited on hold two different times for 50 and 45 minutes and didn’t even receive any correspondence and ended up hanging up both times. For the cost of these items, and my loyalty of this company, I expect far better customer service! This is totally unacceptable. I have lost faith in this company and would never recommend...

Aviator Nation in Vail is a great spot with a cool, laid-back vibe. The shop has a fantastic selection of stylish, retro-inspired clothing that’s high-quality and super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable.

The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the pricing—it’s definitely on the higher end, even for Vail. That said, the unique designs and cozy fabrics make it worth a splurge if you’re into their style. Overall, a fun place to check out...
