RockResorts Spa at the Lodge at Vail — Local services in Vail

Me and my mom went here for a girls day. Wonderful resort. Some of the best massages we ever had. Lots of amenities.

The only thing I’d say about this place is they need better front desk staff. When we originally called to book the massages the lady was rude and annoyed when we were asking questions.

We also had a 10am massage. They told us numerous times to be there 15 min early. And they didn’t open the doors until 10am… nobody was there to let us in early. If we had a 11am massage it would have been a different experience. The resort needs better planning & preparation on that.

Other than that - we will be back. And everyone besides the front desk staff went above & beyond and exceeded...

I was having some pretty tough luck and decided to treat myself to get my mind off of things. The moment I walked in I felt like the women there truly cared about me and the benefits of my treatment. I let them know a small amount of what was happening in my last 24 hours, and they suggested a couple treatments. I truly left a different person. Even for this day I'm a better person! I received a very relaxing facial followed by a soul enhancing massage using stones. (If I could see the menu I'd say exactly what each treatment was). The hospitality was exceptional to...

This was a really nice spa and massage location. The staff was super friendly and the amenities were plentiful.

The massage was received was nice but not as deep or thorough as I would have liked. I enjoyed exploring the spa and wellness center.

The initial quote over the phone for a couples massage was around 400ish but in the end was charged 600ish. The front desk manager said it was something with taxes but I paid. I was on my honeymoon and didn't want to...
