Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Visalia

4.6.22 I ordered my thin crust and crazy bread combo around 611pm. When I arrived around 620ish my order was ready. I then turned and asked for crazy crust, stood to the side as there was another customer in line. There was 4 employees working.. the female cashier, the male bread machine cleaner, another female who was on her phone in the prep area turned looked at me and walked away and the supervisor who was on the office phone. So I made a comment on the girl who looked at me and walked away as I continued to wait for my crazy crust, instead of asking me if she could help me with anything. The cashier proceeds to go fulfill orders without washing her hands after being at the register. The supervisor turns to the bread machine cleaner and directed him to complete orders.. You would have thought he’d wash his hands since he had used chemicals… but nope! I over hear the cashier telling her coworker about me as I’m still standing there and waiting. Then the girl on the phone finally came around not to assist me but to continue to fulfill orders. Then she proceeds to pickup her own pizza as if she was leaving for the day returning back into the store moments later. Time stamp 640… 7 additional customers had been serviced By this time and I’m now still waiting and talking to the supervisor and the cashier goes back to fulfill orders as she continues to talk about me. Soooooo I tell the supervisor that this treatment is disrespectful then I slide over back to the register to inform the cashier that her talking about me is not part of the customer service curriculum and the least she could do is wait until I leave to talk about me. I’m taking my food home BUT!!! Now I want a refund!! I don’t know where y’all be finding these disrespectful kids to work for you but I can guarantee that there is a whole lot of training that needs to be done so they can “Get They Life” otherwise they getting “Checked” and put in their place...

First of all I’m not usually one to be picky about food, especially not fast food. However, my fiancé and I ordered a large half sausage and half pineapple pizza. And it wasn’t until we got back to our place that we realized not only was the food poorly put together, but the sausage seemed a lot darker than normal. I didn’t think much of it, other than maybe it’s a little over cooked. However, I tried a piece of the sausage and it tasted like pure chemicals, as if they went from using bleach to making my food with out washing their hands. I’m 6 months pregnant, and any form of chemicals even being around me is hazardous and could risk a miscarriage or my child getting seriously sick. My father and I went here to order a couple of pizzas a little after 5pm on 2/24. We ordered a stuffed crust and thin crust pizza and we were told it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes.

We left to have a smoke by the car as we waited, and discussed if we should get some dipping sauces.

15 minutes later we come back inside and grab a few and pay for them. We were then told it'll be another 5 to 10 minutes.

As we waited 20 to 25 minutes later, watching others pick up there walk in and order pick ups they were just given sauces for free. Our pizzas were finally ready, and we were offered two free two liters that we declined as there was nothing we wanted other than our order.

All in all expect to wait longer than they say, and don't prepay for sauces as you may just be given...
