Have only been introduced to Dutch bros in the last 2 days and I turned out to like it so I got the app to start my day for when I go to work. Today I decided to get my usual Pumpkin Freeze with sugar sprinkles, and so I pull up to the window to get my points scanned and she says that she canโt give me my full point since I did not scan when I bought my drinks and only gave me some points. I had 200 points and almost had a free medium drink l, I was 50 points away and she only gave me 25 points. It was my 4th time coming back and I was never told this about the points and the other employees always gave me the full points so I will not being going to this location on Akers anymore. New customer and was never told to do this before, if your going to tell someone this, tell all employees to let the customers know before they get to the window. I was a little upset, I wonโt stop getting Dutch bros but I will go to Mooney, love Dutch...
ย ย ย Read moreIโd like to complain I came in and got down thinking it would be faster to get my order then drive through only to find out it took 15 mins to get my two hot cocoa drinks when there were only two people in front of us. Not only did it make me late to work but it was also very embarrassing to see four coworkers shot gunning rebel cans instead of getting the drinks made also I do have a code of them shot gunning through the window as Iโm waiting for my drinks. So then I ask them about my drinks then ol and behold they go get my drinks from the window and there were already Meduim temperature ans whipped cream was already melted. This needs to be addressed and is so unprofessional for Dutch employees to be acting in such a manor. Also the customer in front of me barely got there drinks when I did and they were there way before me and there blended drinks were already melted so sad to see this...

My first experience wasn't the best, I didn't like the coffee and I was unable to take it back because the cashier never gave me a receipt. Never even offered one. I asked if I could get something similar to a French vanilla cappuccino, it's what I usually get from places. It's sweet and yes it's a warm drink. I was given a bitter vanilla and caramel coffee that didn't even taste like such. I honestly didn't like it, it was no where close to what I asked for and because I didn't get a receipt I couldn't go back to get a refund or something else I preferred.
