ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE This review is written for my spouse who is a patient at Black & Kletz.
If you're seeking a competent and reliable doctor's office to address your allergy concerns, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Black & Kletz. This establishment's abysmal patient services, erratic office closures, incorrect prescription assignments, make it a textbook example of how not to run a medical facility.
First the “mandatory”appointments with doctors last less than 2 minutes and cost you a full copay with insurance if not more. To top it off, you can only get your prescriptions written by paper and you have to take it to the pharmacy. And they can’t even get that right because I was given 3 prescriptions belonging to a different patient!!! I tried calling multiple times requesting the prescription be transferred electronically, but that NEVER happened after assuring me they can do that for me. They also do not provide clear guidance on your allergy journey, no one knows what they are talking about.
In addition, If you are looking for a reliable allergy doctor don’t come here. Their office locations are often closed sporadically and have limited hours.
I do NOT trust BLACK & Kletz to handle my Allergy concerns and will never go back. Lastly, today May 12 I went in for injections and was told I can’t get my prescription for allergy attacks unless making an appointment with a doctor. After they had given me someone else’s written prescription and I never...
Read moreCame in for my 4 year old with moderate eczema to be seen and Dr.Kletz was unprofessional to a degree. I had to ask for the door to be closed while being seen by the doctor which was a major turn off. He started asking questions, talking and attempting to carrying on with the appointment while people traffic walked by the open door. As well he didn’t have a healthy relationship with the staff/nurses at least during the time I was there, from what I saw. This was my first time being seen by him and this practice in general and either he was very confident in providing only one cream option (expensive, multiple applications during the day and needed to be on for a year at minimum according to him) for help with controlling the eczema or was motivated to complete the appointment early. No allergy testing was recommended or other diagnostic options. Only one option without conversation with me about what will work best for my family given our current lifestyle and financial situation. We’ve been challenged with my daughters eczema since her birth so we’ve been through our share of allergist and dermatologist. Anywho I wouldn’t recommend this place primarily because of the lack of professionalism and slightly outdated system of handling files (all paper no online system). We visited...

Dr. Kletz is a complete fraud and liar!!
Steer away from this practice!!! High turn around on staff it is ridiculous!
Nurse did tell me unfortunately the office manager isn’t all great! And Dr. Kletz isn’t easy to work with and shots you don’t need them but he makes you sign up for them!!! he tells you it’s no cost! MORE LIES! insurance doesn’t see a “medical necessity” this unless you are a severe asthmatic pt and even after i spoke to another patient that is and still insurance gives her a hard time to approve and cost is sooooo high! Even after insurance pays. Also a co pay every time you get a shot! Dr. Kletz does NOT tell you.
I noticed he is very demanding and unprofessional towards Front desk. Sometimes only one person as check in and check out and answering phones as well as taking co pays! So phones are never being answered THAT IS WHY PEOPLE!!! Be patience!
Office is extremely small and old ( building is old) No waiting area basically . You hear all information of everyone ( i wonder if HIPPA is aware of this with this office)
Just...
