So I took my cyberpower pc in to them to get my lights on my computer looked at I installed a new psu unit and couldn't figure out why they weren't working also brought it in cause it had this constant freezing issue, a day goes by they call me and said they have the lights working and the freezing issue. I got there and she show'd me the lights and it would only light up not change colors like it use to and the led strip on the bottom wasn't even working. As for the freezing issue it show'd up well we were looking at the computer they said all it needed was a tune up got home and it continued doing its constant freezing, I look at my performance for my harddrive my ssd and its maxing out at a 100% literally went and bought an ssd and transfered all my data and now the pc works great. Read moreI called Geek Squad to fix my computer at home. I made an appointment and the tech showed up right on time. Someone showed up saying he was there to fix our computer. He said he would have to take it back to the shop, and walked out the door with the computer. There is no paperwork on this and manager in the store said they do not have any worker by the name of Cory, which is the name of the technician who came to our house. In short, the “Geek Squad Technician” walked out the door with my compute. He basically stole my computer as we stood there totally trusting that it would come back fixed. Read moreI took my PC to the Geek Squad in the Washington Store. I had stopped earlier to check their prices as they had changed from when I had them come to my home, some time ago. Now it's $99. for home service. They were very gracious and was. able to make an appt. for me to take my PC in that afternoon. I was about ten minutes early for my appt. and the Tech. immediately set up my PC and started making various checks, explaining everything as he went. This was great for me as I'm not particularly 'tech-savy'. And within 15. minutes he solved my problem and I was on my way. NO CHARGE!!!
