I came to this store around the holidays to grab an anniversary gift for my partner. At the time the service was outstanding and the associates working at the store went above and beyond. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and the associates showed me my options and were very informed about the products.
I came back to the store recently to grab another gift. I saw some items on the website that I was hoping to take a look at in person. As soon as I walked in I knew something was different. The associates in the store starred at me and did not engage to help me. The associates seemed different from the last time I shopped. It is already uncomfortable to shop in a womens jewelry store as a guy looking for a gift, but the way I was regarded took things to a different level of uncomfortable. I did a sweep around the store and left. I will take my chances and order the jewelry on their website. Would not recommend...

My three friends and I walked in here (planning to buy things) and as we were trying on rings a sales associate says to us “be careful with those” in an extremely rude tone. We were being careful, nothing we were doing was “not careful,” we’re all grown women looking to spend money here, of course we’re careful. How about you ask us if we need help or were interested in buying something? Beyond rude. I replied to her “of course we’re being careful, how else would we act?” To which she rolled her eyes. We immediately walked out, and I’m glad we did. Heard the jewelry is poor quality for the price and breaks/tarnishes anyways. Read moreI bought a ring from here about a year ago and absolutely loved it. However, it broke after 6 months and I was so upset! I went back to use their "happiness guarantee" where any item can be replaced. However, when I went to replace it they no longer had it and all prices had gone up so for a similar ring I would have to pay the $60 difference. This bothered me so I looked at other rings and the girl helping me assured me the one I chose out (after a lot of convincing myself I even wanted it) was the same price and I would walk away happy. After all that, I went to checkout and she told me the wrong price and I still would have had to pay for the difference.
