Unfortunately, this review is not directed to the store, which I do not find surprising, as the website itself does not provide a place for unfavorable reviews to be written. Some 4K+ speak to the quality and service, that I found unrealistic. This is my third encounter with Grown Brilliance, dating back to the second week of July 2024. The first purchase that was made, albeit strange in occurrence, was flagged fraudulent. The extent of the solution was the order was being cancelled, without proper notification and several automatic emails later ensuring us that there was time to review and reassess the order. The second encounter, the original date for the shipping date was 7/29 and the ring was received on 7/29, which was appreciated. I have to mention, there was no other choice but to reorder, as this choice was taken from us. The third encounter was more intricate than the first. It was even more disappointing, as the purchase was made on the very same date as the previous order, 7/29, and the ship date had been changed more than 5x. The reason for my overall dissatisfaction, stems from their lack of timely communication, their overall lack of attentiveness as it pertains to the wording of emails, and lastly the ongoing delay. My wedding date is this Thursday, August 8, 2024 and I am in tears saying, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RING. Whatâs worse, is after finally losing my patience, a supervisor offered to waive my overnight priority shipping, a $10 value, which I had already included at the time of purchase. I called earlier today at 11:00am and was ensure by a team member that a tracking number would be provided today. The business closes at 10:00pm ET, and by 9:00pm ET tonight time I received another email stating it would be shipped out the earliest 8/7. As you can see, this was a clear contradiction of the two previous emails that stated 8/6 was the new shipping date. One of the emails read âOur production team provided a revised estimate shipping date for your repair.â WHAT?!?! The ring hadnât been shipped but yet, a pre-type template sent, obviously in error read ârepairâ? Iâm so disappointed that I will likely not have a ring to present my husband-to-be in front of family and friends, after all the plans have been made, invitations gone out, reservations and venues paid for?    Read moreWhile this review is not for the specific store location, I felt it very important to inform others of the poor customer service from the company itself. 3 Weeks ago I left my ring with GB to be resized. I was told the repair could take up to 4 weeks. When dropping off the ring I was told I would be sent a tracking number to monitor the shipment to NJ where the repair would take place. I never received such info. At the 3 week mark I began to grow nervous as I had never received a tracking number and no employees at the store could confirm where in the process the ring was, or if it was ever received. A store employee told me that she would contact the repair team for answers and get back to me the same day, that never happened. Fast forward to today (4 days before the 4 week mark) still nothing. I have had enough and demanded some answers. Finally after 3.5 weeks, a tracking number was provided. Til this moment the ring has not even been received by the repair team in NJ. Clearly there was an issue with shipping but not one individual at GB found it necessary to alert me of the potential problem or lost package. The customer service team seemingly had no care for how stressful this has been. The responses provided is what I would expect when dealing with a piece of costume jewelry, not an engagement ring worth 10's of thousands of dollars. This review however is about the company in general, not this location, because of my experience with my wedding band. We ordered the matching band to go with my engagement ring. We took advantage of the free inscription service. What a mistake. The inscription was so small I could not find it without a magnifying glass and even then it was hard to read. Customer service put in a repair order and assured us it would come back âclearly legible to the naked eye.â When we got the ring back, not only was the sizing of the inscription barely any different, but they left off part of the inscription! It only said half of what we had written (a very short inscription, the length was not a problem). We had had enough so we sent the ring back to simply remove the engraving and we would pay to get it done elsewhere. Not ideal given our budget but what we have to do. Well lo and behold the ring arrived today and it was the wrong ring!! They sent us an engagement ring that had nothing to do with our order. We have no idea where my wedding band is.
