I have been to quite a few vape shops throughout Texas and surrounding states and this shop is in on another level. The team who helped me was honest and straight-forward. They asked me all the right questions and at no point did I get the "sleazy salesman" vibe; rather I felt taken care of and heard. This welcoming and attentive attitude continued as I requested politely for more information and their suggestions on what would be best for me, a smoker for 22 years. The team jumped at the opportunity, legitimately stoked to educate me on different mods; the passion they have for modding and vaping is evident and inspiring. With the information they provided and my decision to purchase the Kangertech Subox Mini they quickly went to work to determine my tastes (nicotine levels, cloud density and mouth-watering flavor), yes I want it all, the team was so detail-oriented that they paid attention to the fact that I have tried vaping before with poor results and expressed concern for finding the perfect setup that would give me the greatest chance for kicking the habit. The result was a complete success, almost two months later I am still smoke free. The team is friendly and helpful down to the finest detail, they make sure to ask all the right questions, provide useful feedback and they always go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. This shop treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door and their staff are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and most importantly, passionate! I never write reviews but after going through so much trouble with vape stores and finally finding this awesome one here I decided to sit down and figure out how to do it. There's a young man named Philip that basically knows everything even what's in your mind because I always go in there knowing what I want but not how to say it and he extracts the jumbled information figures out a way to make sense of it and nails it every time like a boss! Huge relief to find these guys I'm telling you and you can count on everything to be right every time and that's why I drive 2 hours just to go over and see them. Now the rest of the employees are competent as well and you can count on this company as a whole here to do it right and I just wanted to share that with the rest of public so they don't have to go through what I have. Kudos to breathe easy they are the freaking bomb! Update: It's been a year or better since writing this review. These guys are still #1 and my go too....The only thing I'd add is that they have a point system that is awesome too where you get all kinds of discounts (practical ones) for your patronage. They keep up with it when you put your phone number in or you can download there app. They handle all the THC stuff too but this i know less of but count on them to be an A Team in that respect too...
