I had the Youpou (hand-pulled) noodles in Lubbock years ago and have been looking around the metroplex for something similar but never quite found a good substitute.. Then heard from a friend that Fun had just opened a new location in Weatherford and got on over as fast as I could! It did not disappoint!! For me, nothing beats the texture of a good hand-pulled noodle and the chili oil+beef is so savory and delicious! Just make sure you mix it up real good or you might get an overly-salty bite. Adding more chili oil always helps too!🌶️and if you're looking for a little flavor hack, try throwing in the free peanuts they give you as an appetizer..🤌🥜👌idk if that's a "thing" it's worth a try if you're feeling mildly adventurous lol. It can help mellow out the bowl a bit while adding some nice texture! It's a decently sized serving too, I was not able to eat it all in one go. I can really only speak on the youpou but all the other food my table ordered looked really good too.. Oh i did get to the soup dumpling! That was also quite yummy! I'd have to say overall, you won't be able to find anything similar anywhere close, so Fun...

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time recently, and it was an incredible experience. Since then, I’ve already made the drive back to Weatherford three more times just to eat here again. The value is outstanding—the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes—and I can’t recommend it enough.

This is the only place I’ve found within 50 miles that serves soup dumplings, and they are absolutely addictive. The open kitchen is a great touch too, letting you watch the chefs handcraft the noodles and dumplings right in front of you.

The sushi is also a highlight, especially with their “buy two, get one free” roll deal. We’ve sampled almost every noodle bowl on the menu at this point and haven’t found a single one we didn’t enjoy.

My only small wish is that they offered sake or beer to pair with the food, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker. Weatherford has been in need of a spot like this for a long time, and we’ll gladly keep making the 30-minute drive every couple of weeks...

I've been here multiple times. The first time, I took a friend out to lunch for his birthday. I had really been wanting to try the takoyaki and it did not disappoint. It was crispy on the outside and full of creamy filling inside. I also tried soup dumplings which I probably ate wrong, but they were still delicious. My most recent trip was yesterday when I had lunch with my parents and enjoyed the absolute best Red Dragon Roll I've ever had at any sushi bar I've ever been to. It was so fresh and plated beautifully. We also loved the calamari which came hot out of the fryer and had that perfect crunch to it. The atmosphere is great if you love anime (which I do) as it's playing on the TV, and you get to watch them pull the noodles by hand through the window. This has become my new...

I had take out from here, three vegetarian items which were the green onion pancakes, vegetarian poke bowl and the red bean buns. Out of everything the best was the green onion pancakes which themselves are a 5 star but the rest fell a bit short. In the description of the poke bowl there was supposed to be tofu included which was no where in sight and instead there was way too much seaweed salad on top. As for the red bean buns they don’t taste like normal buns and for some reason they added in the same sauce that was with my green onion pancakes which do not go together in my opinion. So I don’t recommend these items per se but definitely recommend the green onion pancakes.
