Michaels — Local services in Weatherford

My experiences here have either been 5 stars, or 1. My latest experience, I asked an employee if they carried "X" product. She quickly said, "No, I doubt we do." But she did check with whoever she was talking to over her headset. I then proceeded to go home & check online & saw they did carry it. I called back & the same employee answered & said, "I think I already told you, we don't carry "X" product. But I guess I can take your name & number in case I find it." She actually called me back about 10 minutes later & said she found it.... so I had to waste more gas & go back..

6/20/18 I went in to pick up one thing, saw they were having a buy 3 get one free on Cricut accessories. I got my items & took them to the front. One was an item that had to be pulled from behind the counter. The employee quickly said, "We don't have this." NOTHING IS EVER IN STOCK! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO STEP UP THEIR GAME! I can not say enough great things about Michael's Craft Store in Weatherford, Tx. Not only is the staff extremely friendly and helpful - each individual does their best to make my experience pleasant. I recently had a military frame restored and it turned out so much better than when I brought it in. The framing department is so helpful and knowledgeable. Even if the staff isn't as knowledgeable about a certain craft product, the service representatives go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. So far every purchase has been reasonably priced and I really enjoy being able to use coupons, teacher , and...

Sales and selections are good, but I especially want to give a kudos to the young girl working the checkout at night. Walked in at 10 til closing and she still said "Welcome to Micheals " , unlike some other stores, including their competitors, that announce that they are about to close as soon as you walk in and start making countdown announcements over the intercom. I was there to get frames and florals for my Aunts funeral the next day, so it was a stressed day already. She made it pleasant and...
