They produce the best in the biz however I would suggest them fix their online server issues that repetitively send you to their online browser with a NOT PRIVATE NOT SAFE error. I receive their emails and text and at least 1 out of 3 times this happens. If they could work these issues out and offer more of a supply and colors on the #luxethong, I would never stop buying them. I normally don't leave reviews but doing so in case anyone is feeling some hesitation (as I was) about the experience. I popped in today to scope some items out for a special occasion and Anna, the wonderful sales associate, could not have made the experience better. She was kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable about cuts/fabrics/fits, and overall made the process so comfortable. I absolutely loved the items I got and will definitely be back. It's well worth the price for the quality and overall help in finding what fits just right and makes you feel great....

I can’t recommend both the brand and the team that works at the LA retail store any higher. It’s a bit awkward being a guy shopping for lady’s lingerie and Anna (the store manager) made me feel right at home the second I walked into the store.
