Palace Skateboards — Local services in West Hollywood

This was my first time visiting Palace in LA and I gotta say, I’m pretty disappointed. Upon walking into the store, there were 5 sales associates. 4 were standing in a circle, chatting it up, and as we walked in, one of them stopped talking, turned around to look at us, then went back to the conversation. No greeting or even a simple “how’s it going”. Lmao are you guys really getting paid to stand around in a circle, talk, and not acknowledge customers as they walk in even when you’re clearly aware of what’s going on? If so, where can I sign up???

Anyway, as we made our way to the back of the store, 1 other sales associate was just standing there, leaning against the fountain, arms crossed and pouting. Who made you so mad bro??? Maybe try and take the day off next time, just my suggestion.

If you’re looking for a Palace that’s pre well stocked, this is it. But don’t go in here expecting great customer service. Wait, actually… don’t expect any customer service...

I got up at 7:30am and went to the opening of Palace, Los Angeles. By the time I got there, there were a lot of people waiting already! I was No. 300+, but stayed in the line for almost 8 hours before I went into the shop!! The line moved so slowly like a snail. One day before, Supreme dropped their Swarovski Bogo. There were more than 800 people I believed, but the line moved fast and people were happy. The management of Palace was a bit chaotic. Anyways, after going inside of the shop, the decor was good and the staff was nice and we could hang out there not like Supreme (go get the stuff and get out right away). We had fun there and the drop was really cool. Nice place, hope they drop dope...

Employees are rude and entitled. I got kicked out after waiting all morning simply because I tried to use the same card for 2 transactions one for me one for my girl. Dude was on a total power trip and started verbally assaulting my girlfriend and I.Next time just specify the rules before you kick someone out. I followed all the rules but he got upset because the clothes aren’t my gfs size? I’m pretty sure she can get whatever size she wanted regardless of her size. If you’re mad about the reason I’m buying the clothes that’s the palace staff problem...
