Ganni — Local services in West Hollywood

As a longtime ganni lover and shopper, I have to specifically call out the excellent service I was given at the ganni melrose store. Not only did the manager help me figure out appropriate sizing for a pair of loafers (including fast shipping, prompt and clear communication, facilitating a return of the original pair I ordered that did not fit, and clearly set expectations), but she also ensured that I was able to shop the highly coveted new balance release. Those who have shopped the previous new balance collabs know it can be chaos (I’ll never forget the influencer going viral on tt and causing a line down the block lol) - but this time, I was not only able to purchase the collab, but it was a seamless experience, with the manager once again making herself available to me at 7am to ensure I was able to complete my purchase in the correct size and color way. I am continuously impressed by the quality of service I receive from the manager and her team at Melrose and I always encourage my network of stylists and shoppers to visit this location. As a longtime wearer of Ganni, I’ve made it a point to try to visit all the stores in SoCal. My favorite was the Melrose location until recently. I was inside browsing around when I overheard a blonde employee yelling at another employee. It was difficult to ignore this interaction when it was happening on the sales floor. It not only made me feel uncomfortable and wrapped up my shopping trip early, but I also felt bad for the employee getting yelled at. Vicky followed up with me from the time the order was placed until the time I received the order. There was a little issue with the sizing, which she fixed right-away. She was a pro!
