Villaway was exceptional to work with! Our group rented a villa for a recent trip to Cabo. The Villaway team was extremely helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were greeted my client ambassador who helped us with our luggage and drove us to the house. There, we were greeted with drinks and fresh local appetizers from a very pleasant private chef. The villa was stunning and no detail was overlooked. Avoid at all costs. This company rented a home from me to do short term rentals. They are non responsive and have zero communication. It is like chasing a ghost. After many attempts to contact them to come to a resolution, i had to unfortunately file a lawsuit. When i had discussed financials with them on previous occasions, they openly admitted that they dont have the money and are allocating funds between property to property to cover debts. This is fraud! I would strongly advise not to rent from them as you dont know what legal situation you may find yourself in. Also, giving them a security deposit can be a huge risk! STEER CLEAR! The villa my group stayed at was wonderful. It was clean and spacious and everyone loved the modern aesthetics. Plus, the views truly could not be beat! We got to see some whales and some awesome sunrises and sunsets.
