I couldn’t have left Glam any happier. Lovely women, top-tier services, and a calming environment. I had a lash lamination + tint w Irina, and a gel mani + a Smart pedi w Kseniya. Everything looks perfect!!!

While I was there, an unreasonable customer came in with a 12-week-old puppy claiming he was her service dog for epilepsy (but couldn’t show medication on hand, a medical ID bracelet, an identifying garment stating he was a service dog, or anything else you’d have with you if you actually had service dog. Irina handled the liar with grace and despite the woman threatening to “report this and shut the place down” Irina remained calm and kind. I was impressed by this and it made me even more happy to support her business.
