Westmart Building Center — Local services in West Yellowstone

Amazing experience with Westmart Building Center! While on a two week vacation in a rental RV, our driver side window was unexpectedly shattered in the middle of an Idaho highway by an unknown object. After being told that the window would not be able to be replaced before the end of our trip, we found this place just down the road from our West Yellowstone KOA campground. Each employee was extremely friendly and helpful. An employee named Tom helped us find a piece of plexiglass that would work for a temporary fix. He went above and beyond by allowing us to test a pair of hand cutters on the glass. After determining that they would not work, another employee at the checkout radioed back to Tom to see if he could find a jigsaw and fine blade. Tom proceeded to help us trace a cardboard template and out the piece of plexiglass to fit in the door. He even went a step further by helping us get the glass in place in the RV. Never before have I seen this type of customer service! Thank you Westmart...

Westmart is a great place to get the stuff you need to get stuff done. I love going in there, it is an empowering feeling that comes over someone as they enter a hardware store- you feel like you can do anything and everything you need is within reach. Westmart is a little on the pricey side for some items, but cheaper than most for other items- it balances out. These guys are great at handling negative issues such as defective product, or problems with rental power tools, returning merchandise, etc. I give them 5 stars and my official...

Wow a wonderful experience for my son. I came to looked for a sled 🛷 for my son. When one of the employee asked us if we find everything we were looking for, we asked if they have sleds. She said that since isn’t the season they didn’t have any. She looked at my son I told him “ I might be able to help you “ she went a found a contained lid and gave it to my son.
