My family and friends visited Forever West souvenir shop yesterday. The store is fabulous; however, two of the gifts (Mama Bear and Papa Bear mugs) that our family's friend's kiddo bought for his parents broke on the way home. I tried to call the store but the phone number is disconnected. If the owner of the store or employee or somebody who knows the owner could assist us we would greatly appreciated it as these were for Christmas presents for this kid's parents. We will gladly change our review five stars as the store is worth it but the fact that customer service was poor due to no phone service or contact information is super disappointing!!
UPDATE: We called W. Yellowstone Visitor Center and a sweet lady actually went to the Forever West Souvenir Shop to try and help us and asked the female employee if we could get a phone number or give them ours to so we could make contact with a staff person to purchase new coffee mugs. The lady from the Visitor Center indicated she was told by, the lady in the shop at the time, that they don't do that and would not help us. I work for the Department of Consumer Affairs and everyday I work to keep our consumers happy. I'm so saddened that they would not assist us. It apparent that customer service and satisfaction was not a concern of theirs. The owner should take note and carefully evaluate the customer care his employees provide for his store.
IF the owner is willing to assist us in replacing these Christmas presents, please leave a f/up message with some kind of contact information. I really want to repurchase new mugs...

We spent $120 here but we’re never told - even when we questioned the itemized bill before signing the credit slip - that they charge for using a credit card. The register guy was incredibly rude & refused to let us cancel the transaction & pay cash, saying his manager was in Israel. He noted the “signs everywhere” but there was a tiny sign, barely legible, hide behind junk at the register. Total hoax! They owe me $6.
To the manager who responded: We were told the manager was in Israel. The rude man behind the counter would not even let us see the bill I questioned until we paid. I let him know we were there to buy souvenirs and then were leaving the area so we cannot return to your store, we drove from across the country. You can make things right by reimbursing our credit card for the untold charge but especially by clearly posting your policies and having the employee let folks know, especially when they question the bill. So that is what I done. He has texted me twice once because the order was delayed and when arrived not my color. He offered to refund my money or a different color. So I got a different color. You probably think I know how this is going to go and I will never get. This morning I received the tracking where it had been mail to me in Alaska. $4 dollars more in shipping than he thought and he said to forget it. Now people that is great service.
