This review is NOT at all reflective of our guide Chris, he was EXCELLENT and did a phenomenal job. Very informative and fun.

Okay, so that’s the positive. The trip started by them telling us not to wear our coats under the gear they give us. BIG MISTAKE!!! Thank God our guide had an extra vest. That’s the ONLY reason I didn’t freeze the entire day. Wear layers and warm clothing regardless of what they tell you! Bring hand warmers for your feet and an extra hat to wear when you take your helmet off.

We went on a tour on Monday and it was beautiful but if you’re looking for adventure this trip is not for you. Single file line never going above 35mph. So so so boring. We had another one scheduled on Friday and called the day after our first tour to see if we could go from two individual snowmobiles to one single and get a partial refund. Basically she said ā€œhell noā€ and hung up the phone one me. So much for customer service!

I understand that there’s a no cancellation policy but I didn’t want to cancel, just change to a less expensive version. No wiggle room whatsoever. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?! I would NEVER recommend this company for the sheer fact that they have the poor dressing recommendation and the abhorrent customer service.

I hope they make some changes so other people don’t have this same experience. If I could give zero stars for the company and 5 stars for our guide, I would. I would recommend not wasting your money on an individual snowmobile and probably go with a different company who ares about...

Just got back from West Yellowstone and did the upper loop and lower loop tours with See Yellowstone. Drivers were Larry and Paul. Great people, very knowledgeable, helpful, with plenty of local knowledge of the park, the town and the area. You get everything from the geologic history of the area going back to volcanic eruptions eons ago and more recent happenings including the earthquake of 1959 to the floods of 2022. They get you to Old Faithful before it erupts if you are touring the South Loop and can explain the ways of the wildlife that you might see. There are no guarantees that the animals will cooperate and perform for you on schedule!

We booked our tours through Three Bears Lodge where we stayed and I highly recommend this way to book. The price was better than another tour group we were considering and a box lunch was provided, saving you another $12.50 per person in lunch cost. The lunch was more than I could eat and is made by a local bakery in West Yellowstone.

The tour takes most of the day and you see things and learn things you might not if you drove it yourself. The guides are very safe drivers, very considerate and patient and courteous to the group. The busses were comfortable and seat maybe ten people, so you get to know others on the tour.

I highly recommend the tour company and the staff. Nice people,...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I have no idea how these guys stay in business!!!! Tracie is about the rudest person I have ever met and her boss isn't much better! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Just book your own tours and your own stay at the 3 Bears Lodge. The hotel is awesome (loved the ladies at the front desk there!) and the tours are awesome as well but you will be put through hell if you try to book through this company and want to change any little thing. First of all they don't even want to deal with you on the phone and make you write emails to them to make any changes, which would be okay if they would be nice about things and not write back rude emails that they took forever to respond to anyway. I was courteous and kind and was replied to with snide and downright rude emails that left me baffled and frustrated at how a company could stay in business when they treat their customers so poorly. I finally just gave in to giving up a part of my package and overpaying to add a couple family members just so that I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. I see that there are several other reviewers saying the same thing..... so YOU HAVE...

My husband and I just visited for the week of New Year's. We had a fantastic time. We took 2 snow coach rides into Yellowstone. Our guides (Shaggy and Bob) were terrific and very knowledgeable. We were able to see wolves 2 days in a row, but the first day we were right next to them in the snow coach as the wolves were feeding on a kill. It was incredible. The views were great as well. Seeing Yellowstone in the winter was beautiful. We also took a snow mobile ride to Idaho where the views were magical. The trip was so amazing and the staff at the Three Bears Lodge, Three Bears Restaurant, the Grizzly Bar, and the guided trips were so awesome. I hope to take this trip again. Best memorable trip ever.

What an incredible winter experience! Bob was a fantastic guide- knowledgeable about the wildlife, geology, and park history. He kept us laughing and looking the whole time. We did the Old Faithful Tour and were pleasantly surprised with how much we got out and walked around, especially for the time of year. Saw lots of wildlife and beyond gorgeous views. Don’t hesitate on booking this snow coach tour!! (Be sure to dress warm, a few in our group hand on tennis shoes and they were freezing!) Also, booking was beyond smooth. Arlene helped me over the phone and got me set up from the day and time to the park entrance pass. We quite literally just showed up. Very smooth and efficient!

A First Class Team! We are so glad we had the opportunity to meet all of you! Tracie made us feel welcomed and appreciated taking care of every detail from assigning guides to ordering our bagged lunch. Clark worked hard to make sure we saw the falls and the canyon despite the delays forced upon him by the Park Service due to the cold temperature. He even made sure we got to see Hayden Valley. We were disappointed to ride the shuttle after the park service restricted snowmobiles going to Old Faithful but Bob made us happy we did. His knowledge of the park and animals residing in it is remarkable. We all enjoyed listening to him, his stories, facts, and humor.
