Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Wilkes-Barre Township

The register lady Clara was so rude at the Wilkes Barre Ollie’s. Instead of taking care of the customer another co worker needed her help and she jumped off her register and didn’t wait for my transaction to process after waiting in line for 10 minutes. She didn’t want to bag my items. I had to ask her to bag my items purchased. She has a very bad attitude with me and said well the bag is gonna rip. I said politely, then double bags it please. She did it with so much attitude I couldn’t resist to say I will write a Google review of my service today at the Wilkes Barre Ollie’s. Can Ollie’s please clean and organize the store? Also there was one person on the register with at least 10 people waiting in line. Clara finally came out from her office to help out the other co worker on the register however it might of been better if she stayed in the back room as her attitude was Terrible...

There's a lot of good items here and a lot of innovative gadgets yet many items are overpriced and it doesn't make any sense because being that they are overpriced and that they are somewhat old and not cutting edge items then I don't understand why they overpriced things so much a lot of things you can get a good deal on there is many many find but you have to scour the store to find them so if you're specific item is not within one of those sections that are moderately priced for instance take a stroll down the food aisles and you'll see what I'm talking about a pack of cookies or a pack of oatmeal bars would cost about 1 or 2 dollars more. And in otherss would cost about $2 over in different stores for instance if you go to Target you might find the same Oreo cookies for $1 more than Ollies but if you go to Dollar General you would see them $2 dollars...

I am a frequent shopper at Ollies and quite frankly enjoy shopping there, but for some unknown reason Sales Associate Dorena accused me of switching tags for Item# 665250 Black Floor Mats.

She called her supervisor and advise that price can't be right. I then said, the item is only one piece and there were several others over there with the same price.

She tried cleaning it up by saying, yeah people have been switching tags and someone tried to walk out with an AC. I replied okay I would not do anything like that and thanks.

I believe I was racially stereotyped and don't funking appreciate it.

Dorena may need what racist people are now calling sensitivity training to deal with racism against black people due to the fact that I was the only one in the place and all her emphasis was on the one item that I purchased with my bankcard. ...
