Awesome store! My go to boot shop for my 3 year old. Love the quality leather products you can find here. They actually make the belts in the back. The belt my husband got was a great quality. It might have been pricey to some other reviewers, but the quality and the fact it’s made right there in the store is worth it. The ladies who work here are always super friendly and nice. Last time they even offered to hold my puppy so I could try some boots on my toddler, and even took her outside to try to potty lol. I love the selection of clothing and purses. I brought a nice in to have a scabbard made for it. The knife was measured, and pencil tracing done. Told it would be about a week so I paid for shipping. Called the following week to check on order. “Terry” told me it would “3” weeks. Then she told me it would be end of week. Got the scabbard in and it would not in any way fit the knife. Talked to Terry again she was the rudest and most obnoxious person that I have seen in a retail store. Basically told me that she could not help me till Monday. Very bad experience. and the worse part is “Terry”...
