Electric Barbering — Local services in Williams

Love this place! Have had my hair cut in many barber shops from New York City to Portland OR., and even California, but this little shop ranks very high on my list of favorites. Some people just have an eye for detail and you see it from the moment you first walk into this shop.

Calen’s demeanor and friendly conversational manner put me immediately at ease. He asks what you’d like to have done and attentively listens and then applies his years of experience in the cutting process. You can tell he’s not mind numbingly cutting, he enjoys his profession and he wants you to look your best. No “cookie cutter“ situations in this place. Unless you want cookie cutter, then he can do that too. Calen also offers bottled water and really GOOD coffee for the customers convenience, at no extra charge of course, to enjoy while you wait.

One of the really cool things about this location is that there is a cool little bar about 40’ feet away, so if he is busy with another client you can grab a beer while you wait. While Calen was working at Brick & Mortar in Portland, OR, I used to frequent the barbershop about once a month to get my haircut. I always looked forward to my haircut appointment because Calen would deliver an awesome haircut every single time. Extremely knowledgeable barber and just all around great dude. If you have the opportunity to receive a service from Calen you are blessed. From start to finish he is very attentive to detail. Listens to what the client wants while still offering suggestions from his professional perspective. His passion for his craft truly comes through in his finished product.
