Mold. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room should be condemned. Horrible visible mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that I & my husband both overwhelmingly smelled. The mattress was lumpy with deep indentations from where people had sleep. Several lights did not work. When we noticed the mold and smell after returning to the room after our lovely night out in Williams we asked for another room but they refused to switch stating all rooms were ocupied; nor did we receive a refund. I have documented the mold and bad mattress in photos. It appears by obsevation the caretaker(s) are aware of the leak (maybe former leak) and current mold as large mold spots have been painted over time and time again but to only return as it living in the drywall; second it is enormous area; one area aproximently 3 ft in diameter second approximently 1ft diameter. This appears to be an ongoing issue that did not just appear overnight! The air/smell was so bad I kept the bath door shut, window open and put a towel under the bath door. I am afraid this room will make someone very sick from breathing the spores; my husband and I felt extremely nauseous and pray we will not have any future issues. I am still waiting to be refunded as staff noted. l plan on reaching out to the BBB to report safety concerns. I made a reservation through a third-party site but paid at the front desk. As soon as I entered the room, I found hair and stains on the bed sheets, and the room felt completely unclean. I didn’t stay more than 15 minutes before returning to the front desk to check out.
Despite not using the room, they refused to give a refund. I called several times afterward and kept hearing,
“The manager is not here.” But I could literally hear the front desk staff talking to the manager about my reservation in the background. They then claimed only the owner handles refunds, but no one ever gets back to me.
Even the third-party booking platform emailed and called multiple times, and the motel has ignored all communication.
📢 Message to the Owner/Manager: Please take this seriously. Spend some time at your motel, see how your staff is handling guests, and look into what’s really going on. This is not hospitality—this is negligence and dishonesty.

Asked the young kid as we were checking in for our Veterans discount that we always get and he replied "Oh to get that, you must book on online" I said, we always get it when we check in, he replied "the owner said only AARP gets the discount here, the others have to go online. Well, I had to call customer service to book it as I couldn't find the discount online, she said "Yes, it should've been done there at the property". Room was remodeled, and they were nice, so no issue there. The 2 sheets on the bed with no blanket was the issue when it is 33 degrees outside, had to sleep in our clothes just to keep warm. Heater was extremely loud but had to run it regularly just to try to get the chill off, so therefore did not sleep well at all. We have stayed at many Motel 6 as we have animals, so this is not our first time. Please do not reply with the old general one you see on your review responses.
