Upscale vegan restaurant, fusion foods with above average dining experience with reasonable price compare to food quality. . Kind of typical setting up for vegan places with terracotta color and greenery, rustic decorative items, can say they spend quite a lot of 💸 for this. But it creates more of heavy atmosphere than tranquility. . Menu is long enough with interesting items but I couldn't try too many. I picked 3 things which turned out to be good, portion wasn't small, balanced and mild flavor. Happy 🌸 . They try to show local ingredients with origin try to elevate their foods, I hope they do it right and properly. Food taste is good anyway but it's hard to say how different it tastes from those ingredients, I don't really think their ingredients are as good as they try to show. . Staffs are nice and helpful but quite annoying when they talk a little too loud with each other, or greetings, it disturbs customers' experience. I spent a couple minutes to check dirty leaves but no one noticed and came to check while there were only 2 tables at that time, can't say these staffs are attentive. AND I was disturbed by these leaves with dirt. I didn't ask them but a question raised about their hygiene, quite disappointed when they have potential to be one of the best vegan resto in the blooming vegan scene in Hanoi.

Spend a while reading the menu, learn about the history of the building as a rice warehouse, the handcrafting and the showcasing of productions areas of each ingredient and dishes. I loved everything: the interior with wood and rice paper decorations, the detail of the food - everything is a artwork. The friendly gestures such as a little giveaway toy for the Mid Autumn festival, left me an impression too.
Food was excellent too. Mushroom with passion fruit sauce was the highlight. We also had a hearty pho, tasty onion fried tofu and a heavy but tasty rice burger. The plum juice and kombucha were on the sweeter side, which is up to each owns preference. The coco it ice cream in the end guaranteed that I was satisfied in every way.
Most importantly I got the feeling that by eating the offered food I was connected to the source of it in a...
