Disappointing and Discriminatory Service

This restaurant clearly treats guests differently based on ethnicity. While they go out of their way to show exaggerated friendliness to Western customers—often asking them to leave reviews—they seem to deliberately neglect Asian guests.

We ordered beers and politely asked for ice cups, but no one came for over 10 minutes. Eventually, I had to get up and look for a staff member myself, and even then, we were left waiting much longer.

The staff in charge of the balcony section was especially unfriendly toward Asian customers. Although we went there for a meal, we ended up just drinking our beer and leaving due to the atmosphere. Even when we greeted them with a smile, the response was cold, and they spoke to us in a commanding tone.

From our experience, they seem to hold a strong bias against Koreans, Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese guests. If you’re from any of these backgrounds, I’d strongly advise against visiting—you might end up with a deeply...

So the terrace is nice but that’s about it. The food was not great and very limited choice. We ate at seven and they told us that they ran out of rice which is really strange at 7pm. We wanted the Vietnamese pancake and first they said it was going to take 35min then that they finished it also. They also ran out of ashtray if you can believe it. The cutlery was not on the table and when we asked for it they brought the cutlery holder … empty. When we ordered the ice cream (obviously they did not understand because the English level is below basic) they did not remove the plates despite the table being full of plates. The food as said was really average to be generous. The bill has a charge of 2% service and 8% VAT (only place I have had this in Vietnam) so be aware. The price is steep compared to other much better places literally next to it like Hello Hanoi. All in all I would honestly not...

I had a wonderful experience at this rooftop bar. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively, and the view from the top is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and take in the city lights.

Not only does she greet you with a genuine smile, but she’s also great at engaging in light, enjoyable conversation that makes you feel welcome. You can tell she truly enjoys connecting with guests and making them feel at home.
