Me and my friend arrived when no one else was there and waited whilst the massage therapists arrived (seemed like they were therefore temps). We were put into a room with 4 beds - 2 other men arrived during our massages and the curtains were left open for very little privacy even though we asked them to be shut (I was the only female being massaged and felt very uncomfortable). When laying on my back I could see the therapist on her phone with one hand during a large portion of the massage. The overall quality was really poor and my friend is now also bruised. At the end they hassled me and my friend for tips instead of when we paid downstairs which made us both feel really uncomfortable. One of the ladies even put the torch on her phone to try ensure my friend could see the money in his bag fully to tip them - whilst the other 2 men were still mid massage with...

The worst hygiene I’ve ever experienced. The masseuse tried to wipe my back with a cold, dirty towel that was on the floor. After I refused, she picked up another towel from the floor and tried again.

They didn’t change the towels after the customers left, THEY REUSE THE TOWELS. EWW.

When I removed my necklace and asked her to set it aside, she refused to use the clean towel her colleague offered, instead making my necklace oily, tangled, and placing it inside my jacket—leaving everything stained with oil.

I also booked a hair wash, but it felt more like a full-body bathe. I honestly couldn’t tell if she was massaging my scalp or just playing with my hair. They promised to use a nicer shampoo we agreed upon, but ended up using a different shampoo on us.

Before we went in, we negotiated a price of $200,000 vnd for 1 hr per person doing neck and back massage. My husband and I agreed as this was the rate we we're offered elsewhere. My massage was good except the beginning when they we're pressing on my spine and it hurt. After I mentioned this, they softened the pressure and was better. My husband didn't enjoy his. Girls are not trained properly. When we got ready to leave, the girls folded the same towels they used on us for the next peoʻple. When we went dowm to pay, the lady charged us an extra 50,000 vnd per person, saying my husband agreed to it when that wasn't what we agreed upon. I wanted to argue, but to avoid the trouble, we just paid. They also tried to charge VAT TAX on top of the price. Very disappointing...I will not go back...
